Whilst visiting a friend in Fulwell last November I fell and broke my wrist and elbow. One of their drivers stopped and couldn't do enough to help. I shall forever be grateful as it was s dark winters evening and I'm almost 70. if I ever need a taxi in Sunderland they will always be my first choice.

Thank you so much for getting a taxi straight to my 13 year old son who was stuck in town at 11 on Tuesday night (we misjudged how long the film was!) Station book staff lady I spoke to and car 159 were absolutely amazing, I can honestly say that night they were the 4th emergency service and safely returned the bairns home. I am so very grateful and impressed with the service that we got that night and will always use station taxis in future because they are trustworthy and safe! Thanks again to the lady on the phone and the driver for all your help throughout a very stressful situation I am forever indebted to you xx

A huge thank you to one of your amazing taxi drivers! Didn’t catch his name but number 297 came to my rescue on Friday teatime when I broke down in Grangetown.



My clutch went and I was stranded in the middle of the road with countless cars passing me.

Your driver stopped to see if I was ok, helped push my car off the road, then dropped me and all my bags over home.

They let drivers who have previous convicions (a criminal record) drive for themMarc rarity taxi 27 has two previous convictions for violence and another charge. and was under investigation by the police for 2 years 2014 2016 for underage sex with a 14 year old back in 1999 when he was 28 but due to a time barring law brought in in 2003 he was unable to be charged. Even tho he admitted picking her up from school, taking her, out spending time with her and said he was her friend. station taxi still let him drive thru the whole 2 year investetgation AND even tho he was charged for a totally different sexual assault on a female and it went to Newcastle crown court for sexual assault on a female ( got found not guilty his taxi CCTV went missing so lack of evidence) that crown court case was on 21st may 2018.station taxi still let him drive and still do to this day. I've now been told another woman has accused him of rape and girls and woman have also said he has took advantage of them while drunk in his taxi. My wife @rachelpatton one of his victims put a review up but it got deleted by station taxi.let's see if this review gets deleted too. Visit her profile page for her story and there are screen shots from the cps on what they could charge him with and what they couldn't and why not.also read the comments there are Ines by a woman called Alison that is worth a read. Visit you tube type in Marc and col Trisha show the top two videos is the man that's supposed to get your daughter wife mother sister or yourself home safe. I wonder how long this review will stay up I will screen shoot it . You have dangerous sexual predators and violent men working for you. You don't care about the safety of your customers.disgusting company
