Wouldn't use anyone else. Streetcars staff are always really helpful when you ring and taxi drivers are excellent too! Especially Claire Smith always lovely and happy to have a giggle with you. Recommended to all my friends x

Tonight, myself and my sister and friends were picked up by Claire. She was outstanding in her service, laughed with us even tho it was 4am.....laughed with us even tho we were annoying.. Laughed with us even tho we were drunk..... She ensured we were all safe and welcome and demonstrated exactly why I choose streetcar all of the time, she has converted my sisters and friends also. You have no idea how brilliant your member of staff is, and I hope she is recognised for what a truly amazing employee and representative she is for your company.....I will be telling everyone about her. Not a one for using taxis generally but, as a night out with friends came around, we booked Streetcars to to take six of us into town and, I have to say, I was more than impressed with the promptness of the service and the progress report on the drivers position to us.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Streetcars to family and friends after their great seevice. Thanks. �

Had the most surreal taxi experience this morning. Thanks to Ken Murray, my nana came through and he said things that no one would ever know. I'm still gobsmacked now. Would definitely use again.

Got this very plesent woman driver chatty and very helpful as I was on crutches and a wheelchair plus I got luxury car a comfortable white Mercedes thank you x

Claire smith took us to Blackpool last weekend very professional and fun could not wish for anyone else to take us down thank you Claire for making out journeys special xx

Claire Smith is the best taxi driver in the whole world. She goes out on a limb to accommodate customers. She’s kind, professional and most of all a right laugh. A credit to Streetcars. ��

Can’t thank streetcars and, more importantly, Ian the driver enough. Came at short notice for a trip to Wakefield after we were let down by the bus company. He was great, took everything in his stride, was good fun and got us there and back safely despite the absolutely awful weather. Huge thanks, great day had by all!

All ways late.... Pre-booked taxi � 1hours notice, still 15 minutes late... Missed order from Chinese leaving sing wah with a 20 quid bill, driver blamed the office and the office said the the driver was at fault..... Dean � it is from now on....

I was quoted £25 charged a disgusting £34. If the price wos to hi was going to bus it instead got stuck wiv a huge bill. Apparently Tariff goes up after 10 . Metro arena to great lumley put a dampener on nite extremely upsetting. Driver knew where we were going but drove past the opening to village. Wos recommended not using ever again they should honour quote people who have no idea wot they are talking about shud get there quote verified and double checked. It wos told like a matter of a fact that I shud kno that the tariff goes up at 10 on a Saturday wel inside a Saturday and not the usual 12 midnight/Sunday I can't say enuff how I am disgusted gv this company a wide berth . The final bill wos £43 becos my daughter wanted to go a mile and a half to nxt village. I'm a single mum on a budget and wudnt hv stepped foot in the taxi disgusting

I booked a party bus a week in advance for a 12 year olds party and then rang to confirm the same day. A normal mini bus turned up late and then we were told we could have the party bus in 10mins if we were prepared to wait which we did. This turned up late as well and was exactly the same as the normal one except it had a few lights which were barely on. We had to ask for music to be switched on which was the radio with a poor signal. Very poor all round will not be using them again

Booked a taxi for 5 people to go to Central Station. Taxi did not turn up. I called up and they said it had been cancelled and they didn't know why. I was not informed. They said they were sorry and would send 2 taxis out within 5 minutes. This didn't happen either! Would have missed our train but thankfully another taxi firm arrived to take us! Would not recommend at all!

Booked 14 seater three weeks before event and the day before they cancelled but said they would send two 8 seaters which they did

But return taxis didn’t turn up we rang they said they had been which they had not � as we were standing outside 45 minutes later one turned up and we got another firm to take the rest of us

We were late getting home for sitters�

Drivers were mint though honesty is the best policy as least people can then put things in place if they are late

Drivers were mint though honesty is the best policy as least people can then put things in place if they are late

Absolutely joke of a firm always late whatever the weather never once been on time so ordered taxi early today bcos of weather was told he had been and gone (lie) apparently could not get down street which is fair enough !!!!! But could not even text to say was in next street and could I walk up - apparently tried to ring but couldn't get thru as I was trying to track !!!! Which is where a text would of came in handy - but no he just leaves so I then rang office to be passed to some smarmy scouser with no manners at all who could not even apologise !! Want shot with shit the very lot of you - appalling !!! Pity for the drivers having to work for such a arsehole company
