Welcome to Sunderland Cricket Club Junior Facebook page. We have four junior teams playing at U11, U13, U15 & U18 level in the Durham Cricket League.
Sunderland Cricket Club Juniors Description
Formed in 1808 and moving to leafy Ashbrooke in 1887 Sunderland Cricket Club has a long and illustrious history. A founder member of the Durham Senior League North in 1890, Sunderland went on to win the breakaway Durham Senior League Championship on eighteen occasions. The club joined the newly formed North East Premier League (NEPL) and won the title in its inaugural season of 2000.
Sunderland CC has adult 1st, 2nd & 3rd teams playing in the NEPL plus four junior teams playing at U11, U13, U15 & U18 level in the Durham Cricket League.
Junior coaching sessions take place indoors /outdoors on a Friday throughout the year.
