Went to The Pie Shop in North Shields today. Wow. The pie tea was to die for.

Went here for dinner yesterday with my partner and daughter had jacket potato and ham and cheese panini with a free kids meal sorry no pictures was so nice couldn't wait haha all staff was great and the chefs do a great job keep up the good work 10/10

Outstanding. The staff are really friendly and always on hand to help with a smile. The food is awesome and very well presented. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

The food was absolutely delicious and was great value on the early bird menu. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The cocktail menu had lots of choice and the cocktails certainly didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to going back again!

The Scullery Silksworth I Would Give 10 � Excellent Birthday Tea, Excellent Customer Service, my Grandson Cole throughly enjoyed his Birthday Tea. The Lovely Ladies who looked after us were Amazing and the Sandwiches, Cakes, cheesecake, Cream Teas were Superb. I will certainly Recommend the Scullery To All My Friends. Thank You Ladies for making my Grandson’s Birthday Extra Special xxx

People , I urge you to visit Nanny G's ! Based at 36 Hylton Road, its a beautifully intimate space that is as about as welcoming as you can get . The venture , a purely family affair , offers a fine array of food whatever your appetite or fancy. Might be best to message or ring in advance . I've been lucky enough to sample the amazing afternoon tea , be prepared for a feast ! All the items on the menu are local and fresh and everything is made from scratch. On this visit I went for the veggie gourmet burger . All too often a veggie burger is a bland disc taken from the freezer with little thought given to taste and texture . I was looking forward to my red onion and rosemary burger served in a brioche bun with some sweet potato fries on the side . The fab chef Steve popped out and asked if I'd like anything to go with burger , maybe cheese , a side salad , I said surprise me . Out came my burger with a perfectly cooked bright runny yolked egg and an onion ring hat!It was a triumph ! I didn't believe the burger was meat free it looked so plump and juicy , but yes , it was indeed meat free and boy oh boy what a treat ! The sweet potato fries were chopped freshly and cooked for my order , no grabbing a handful from the deep freeze. They were perfectly fried, deliciously crisp and fluffy on the inside . None of this fannying about with 4 or 5 fries, there was a basket bulging with them, so many I had to leave a couple. The portions are very generous. Expect to be well fed , you needn't bother with tea once you've had lunch with Nanny G ! Please pop along and support this wonderful lady and her family , Sunderland needs places like this with quality home cooked style food. I'll be back ! Thankyou Nanny G xx

Just had a Sunday lunch delivered from The Scullery in silksworth, was absolutely delicious, the lamb was super tender a great selection of veggies, gravy was beautiful and two yorkies, also came with free dessert,

Definitely order from there again, order early though as they get very busy

Had this delivered today from cuppas and cakes and deffo the best in Sunderland well recommended

What can I say apart from everything we have had has been absolutely outstanding nan bab best on the planet pizza delicious kebab fab Madras curry fenominal spicy chips wraps the works
