SA Carp Fisheries began in 2010 with the aim to create exceptional quality Fishery's in the North East and North Yorkshire of England,
We currently have 4 lakes offering day ticket & 24hr fishing for specimen carp to mixed coarse fisheries.
Tees Valley Lakes. . .
Alpha - 24hr Day ticket specimen carp lake containing carp only with nothing stocked below 15lb.
Eagle - 24hr Day ticket specimen carp lake containing carp only with a higher stock density.
Sangemere - A private Specimen Carp Syndicate with limited membership, This lake contains Carp only.
Yarm Lake - a day ticket mixed coarse fishery containing high stocks of English Mirror & Common Carp, Roach, Bream, Tench, Chubb & Perch,

Visited the Yarm Lake today on the recommendation Darlington Angling. What a jewel this place turned out to be. Had some terrific Carp and Tench on the pole from around the first island. Highly recommend this venue. I'll definitely be going again. And thank you Alfy for retrieving my top kit from the island!
Top quality fish- fisherys defiantly the best well ran fisherys In the north east..ran by a good group of lads and right on my door step..deffos my new place to fish ���
Outstanding fishery. Clean well ran fish are in superb condition best place ive been to for a long time carnt wait to go bk and the staff are doing a great job keep up the good work
Had a good day fishing with my grandson 11 fish between the two of us
Fished the Yarm lake Wednesday for half a day, gorgeous lake stocked full of good looking carp.
Constant positive bites and nice to be able to fish to an island at either 6 or 11m for a change!!!
Fish matches here regularly Always 50lb + caught. Well kept fishery. Fish are on steroids. Well done ste Alford.
Don't think that I need to say anything here everyone has said it. Very well maintained. Fish were immaculate condition. Everything supplied for fishes welfare, landing net cradle and weigh sling,spot on. Only the weather created problem 's. Massive fly hatches made things difficult. Big yes from me to go back for more.
By far the best fishery in the area. Very well presented, maintained and managed.
Ste is always on hand to give you pointers, tips and share his knowledge to help you catch more and keep the fish safe and healthy at all times.
All fish are in pristine condition and they always give a good fight no matter what size they are.
I'd highly recommend Tees Valley Lakes to anyone 10/10.
Can't wait to be back.
