Remembering Rebecca would like to thank everyone who helped raise £167 for them on Saturday at Teesside Caravans.

Went to visit Teesside Caravans this weekend for the Christmas fair and it was incredible, must have been more than a hundred stalls of Christmas Foods and crafty stuff. Staff were really jolly and friendly and it was very well organized. Nice to be able to visit a market that big and be indoors in the warm too.I think it great that is all done for a good cause too.Will have to back in January when they have their sale on, apparently their are going to be some bargins to be had.

We have just bought our first caravan from Teesside Caravans. Really friendly and helpful service from all staff.

Steve was great, really put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Really took his time to explain things to us and no pressure to buy.

Will definitely use these guys again. Will be back to buy our accessories.

Purchased a used van at there September show weekend , had to wait for a new window from the caravan manufacturer , we picked it up this weekend . We can not fault the staff especially mark S who originally sold us the van , they kept us informed with what was going on and the hand over and info we received was second to none . Would recommend this company

My mum got her new sterling eccles after my dad died , she traded in their 15 year old Elddis, the whole process was dealt with friendly and professionaly . Hand over was sooo thorough and comprehensive , so different to her old elddis. Guy had patience of a saint .... mum must av asked the same questions 3 or four times. Yes she has had some little niggles but nothing has been too much trouble in rectifying. Mum got separated from us at the NEC , she found her way to their stand and Steve rang me and escorted mum to where we were ,top man .

My caravan sustained some damage when i caught a petrol pump on leaving the forecourt . The whole process of getting a quote to talking through the repair has been superbly handled. Dropped van off on Saturday . I really cant speak highly enough of them , friendly, knowledgeable, professional . Im looking for a new van this year and set my heart on an Adria Adora, will defo be giving them a shout .

Just popped in knowing the van I wanted and after looking around I am now undecided again so many vans on display staff where very understanding and recommended I take a bit longer viewing before I decide I will be back thanks to Steve in sales for the advice (more research this week ) probs going for the swift

I loved it! Attended a very well organised and well run Christmas event on Saturday. Staff were polite, helpful and so nice to speak to. If your interested in an event or a caravan these are definitely the guys to see!!!!

Hi. We have just picked up or new Sprite Major 6, which we love. I have to say the service at TC Caravans has been first rate. Not only did we get a good value deal, I don't mean something for nothing but we got what we paid for, which was a great caravan and great service. What made the experience stand out was the support. This is our first time, so you can imagine every stupid question but at no point did we get anything other than a supportive answer based on experience and practical demonstrations on how to do it.

Hi My wife and I picked up our brand new Swift Challenger 580 on the 30th of April.Apart from a slight hitch before handover, which was sorted out quickly and professionally by Mark Speechley the handover was smooth and enjoyable. We would like to thank Mark in particular, and all the rest of the staff at Teeside Caravans for their help and professionalism in providing an excellent experience in buying this caravan, from initially agreeing to sale of the handover.



We went straight from picking up the caravan to a site where we stayed for four days. Everything set up and worked exactly as it should and we had a great first outing with the new caravan

Bought our 1st brand new caravan here after previously purchasing from other dealers...everything ran as clockwork from the purchase with Lewis to the handover with mark, everything about the workings of the new van was clearly explained and everybody were very helpful...mark got us sorted with everything we needed and even our dog was fussed and sorted with a drink as it was a hot day



Would definatley recommend to others for a great service and will return in the future....cheers guys �

We recently purchased our first caravan.The sales process and handover from Mark Speechly was very helpful, informative and professional.There was a last minute hitch which was resolved very quickly. We spent three nights at a lovely campsite in yorkshire. Had to ring Mark on one occasion for advice and Mark dealt with it helpfully and patiently. Wondering if anyone has had problems with Teeside Caravans and their management. I have had my finger (including the bone) cut off by a Baileys Pursuit caravan fold away table. This table was un used by ourselves, the caravan we bought was ex display. I have had very little response off management and have not received the details I have asked for. This product is dangerous and needs to be recalled!!!

Very poor service. We collected a new to us caravan and it was very dirty cupboards and storage areas were full of dust and dirt from the previous owners. They attempted to clean it again after we complained to the sales guy with a bucket of water and a dirty rag. In the end I just took the caravan home and spent a further 3 hours cleaning it myself before finally being able to leave for a weekend away, this was demonstrated to the after sales manager via phone calls and emails with pictures. She was very unhelpful and wrote back a rather rude and officious email to my wife. My wife has left numerous messages for a call back from the director 4 weeks on and still no return call..!

They did offer a one off 10% discount on our next purchase with them, but please... after the level of aftersales customer service already received why would I want to spend further money with them for a paltry 10% discount.

My wife has left a Facebook review yesterday evening and had a response back from Teesside caravans immediately (pity the hadn't rang my wife back as quick) now they have blocked her from replying to anything on their page so she is unable to respond to their comment which just appears to be a political exercise to make it look like they've attempted to do something that has not been completely true; they then edited there Facebook reply to make themselves look like a shining light in the abyss...

I will give credit where credit is due and state that the sales guys Stephen and Mark were both very helpful during the purchase, but once handed over aftersales is terrible, speaking of which the caravan is going back in this weekend to sort an issue that should have been picked up during the pre-delivery inspection...

They have a terrible after sales service and the staff don't have any manners whatsoever. I bought a brand new Swift caravan this year from them and I would advise anyone else to go to a dealer that cares. There was quite a few problems so it was taken back to be repaired and only half the jobs were done so it went back again but when I went to pick it up there was still problems which they had not touched. When I complained I was met with a very rude lady on the desk who was not interested in listening to my concerns and simply dismissed me and started talking to someone else which was disgraceful so I will never shop there again so you have been warned.

Hello teeside caravans hope you read this review as you can see by the stars i have given you i am not a happy customer, The initial buying of the £20,000 van went smoothly, However can i say your after sales warranty are an appalling service. since the start of November 2017 we have been trying to get some problems resolved but just get told some story saying the manufacturer has not sent the correct parts but how can this be so when caravan came in for repair and all is the same when we picked the van back up, it has faults brakes,electrical,leaks and other problems etc which may make it dangerous to use. I feel i need to go direct to the manufacturer to get the problems resolved as you are unreliable.

Booked a service some months ago. Was told if any repairs needed doing to have them done at same time to avoid paying for the labour. I also authorised a spend of up to £100 pounds for any repairs. I was told i would receive a phone calla week before to confirm.

Today went to check on van. Got the invoice and the only thing done was to replace the brake pads on the alko hitch. I even left instuctions to what needed doing. I wanted the sky light in the bathroom renewed.Asked if they could check the water pump as it leaked when in use.

Got the check sheet back which says kitchen tap loose, but not tightened, Skylight not touched, the broken bit is still hanging down. Was informed the service would be £180. Guess what, I had to pay £231 pounds only to be told about the things I already told them I wanted doing.Oh and got charged £42.00 labour plus VAT. What a total rip off. I will definitely find somewhere else to have my servicing done in the future. And back to the phone call I should have had a week before, the receptionist told me they had rang but the line was busy. Can you believe that? Any other business would have called back but I was told they cant keep ringing. Shame on you Tees side Caravans. With all your good reviews I chose you but to my dismay. No doubt you will find some good excuse as with your other complains. but hey a lessen learned is a good one.
