Due to the weather and the great possibility all the bunkers will be out of play the following changes are being made to the weekend competitions:
The Men’s singles competition Swan Q5 for Saturday is to be replaced with a 4 man team due to course conditions. The Tom Robson which is a 4BBB will also be cancelled on Sunday and replaced with a 4 man team. Both cancelled competitions will be rearranged and you will be notified.
... Our green staff are doing their best to get the course open ASAP.
Please be patient as the rain we have had recently is of biblical proportions! You will be notified when we are back open via BRS email, app and the club website.

Sunday 30th June 2019 – NYSD Championship at Bishop Auckland Golf Club
The competition is open to all Category 1 golfers on the closing date for entries. The competition shall be Stroke Play over 36 holes. The best gross score will be the winner.... All competitors must have a competition handicap. Entry Fee - £10 per person Closing date – 20th June

Gents Invitation 🏌🏿‍♂️

Victory Cup 🏆

Course looking magnificent this morning we look forward to welcoming our members and guests for today's Gents Invitation. Well done to our green staff who have worked hard to prep the course this weekend 👏👏

🔵 Look out for new blue markers going out on the course in the next few days. These markers have been bought with grant money from The Golf Foundation after successful application for funding from Lee, Stewart and Rebecca.
🔵 The markers are being used to create a brand new 9 hole junior scorecard - which will see each hole shortened in distance. The aim of the scorecard is to aid and develop our upcoming juniors that are part of our Eagles Section, giving them the pathway they need to work their way up to the full competition course ⛳️.
I’m sure you’ll agree, that this will be a fantastic addition to what facilities our club can offer our juniors 🏌🏼‍♀️🏌🏻‍♂️.
