We always go on a Thursday night when my grandson is at cubs. We get the chance to have a good look around and often get a few bargains. It is full of Halloween and Christmas gifts and we spent time planning our future trips. Had a lovely time. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went to shop at Tesco and received excellent service from two ladies there. First of all we saw Charlotte holding a "Happy to Help' sign and shared with her that we didn't need help, but did like it at Asda, where they had someone holding a sign which directed customers to available tills. She accepted this and went on to ask us about whether we had ever used the scan machine, which we thought was only to check out spend on items as you progress through the store. We were surprised to find that it can actually be used to speed up check out at the store. She then took us to the scan machine and offered to show us how to use it. Unfortunately none were working that day, but even then she wasn't daunted! She just gave us a leaflet and explained it. Then it was off to buy new bedding where we met Christine. She was extremely helpful in finding product for our bedroom, made suggestions and even went to the back of the store to check for a product in the size we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble to her. And then along came Charlotte again, who checked out what we were doing and then suggested we may want to look at curtains to match. (Which we actually happen to need) What a great team. Thank you ladies. Bedding looks great!

Hello. I would like to say a big thank you to the man from the fruit and veg section in green t shirt in Kingston park store that helped me out this morning. I had stupidly not grabbed a trolley to get garden furniture and was struggling to carry to tills. He came over and carried it to the tills and then all the way to my car with a smile. Great customer service. Thank you very much. I can only apologise I didn't get his name.

Being a member of staff I don't suppose me giving a review matters but I choose to shop there when I could go anywhere !

The fruit and veg is always fresh I know cos I work there

The bread and cakes are always fresh I know cos I work there

If you shop wisely like I do it's no more expensive than a few others I could mention I know cos I work there

Thankyou

As an independent amputee I instantly become house hound when snow falls. I ordered shopping yesterday to be delivered 9-1 today but if I’m honest I wasn’t confident the delivery would be completed due to the weather and the fact I live on a hill.

9:05am and a snow covered young man was on my door step, no van and no shopping. This was Lewis and he was checking the address before walking back down the hill to where he left the van, he then came back up on foot with my shopping!

Lewis didn’t know my circumstances, and the fact I don’t know when I’ll get out again but I cannot praise him enough delivering the shopping to my kitchen.

Lewis went above the call of duty, I very much appreciate this and want his customer service to be recognised. Credit where credit is due. Please give Lewis a pat on the back and my appreciation. Thank you Lewis

Teco is a good shop to use occasionally for that special grocery shop. It's also very good for a few clothes and electronic goods.

Unless you are made of money it is not good for your every day week to week shopping. You end up paying twice the price as you over buy those extras.

Handy for a coffee and a bite to eat too.

The all day breakfast in the cafe was absolutely terrible ....when it advertises all day breakfast it should state made before 11-30 and stand all day till needed after that..beans as dry as ?.one egg hard yolk one sausage short ??? How if you are making fresh can it be 1 short to arrive 5 mins later ...no point in saying anything as obviously the cooking staff thought the horrible platefull was acceptable to serve it over the counter in the first place xxxx P.S.2-30 in afternoon and not too busy..won't be back and will not reccomend.

User

Very unhappy with the service received last night. I went there to buy clothes and wasn't able to try them on as the fitting room was closed as the 'lights go off'. This store is open 24 hours and customers can buy clothes during the 24 hour period but can't try them on. There was a staff member working on the clothing department but was unhelpful. Over £60 sale lost guys..

Why would I travel to a store after 8pm at night, after a long day at work, wanting to purchase clothes but expected to buy before I try. I'd need to buy 2 of each size of at least 3-4 different options putting me out of pocket in money and wanted time on returns.

Canny irritated and very annoyed that I can't make a complaint in store but I can waste more of my own time by logging feedback online that doesn't actually work.

One of the questions on the feedback asks about how the store benefits the local community. It probably does, for the people who can access all services throughout normal working hours or those that don't work.

Now I've wasted more time typing my complaint that I could have made in store at the time. Better still, I'd already be happy, wearing my new purchases and not thinking about how let down I feel and how much time I've wasted doing this if I had been able to try them on..!!!!!

They need to sort out the Parent and child parking. Parents with young children don't get to use it as the spaces are not monitored.

Tesco should give out their Car park tenders to companies who actually police the parking.

Really poor customer service with dotcom. Had a delivery today and the online voucher I had would not work. When I spoke with the customer services dept all I got was attitude. So unnecessary. The voucher was the only reason I did an online shop. I'm not bothered about the voucher but the way in which my complaint was dealt with was v poor. Back to Asda I think...

I went in to Tesco Kingston park yesterday to buy a Gluten Free sandwich, I asked a member of staff to help me find one she informed me that they don't stock Gluten Free sandwiches, I asked if they had anything else gluten free in the ready to go section, she informed me the only gluten free food they have is biscuits or cakes! I went into to cafe & asked the man serving if they made Gluten Free food & he didn't know what Gluten Free was! I find this extremely worrying for someone in catering to not know about! For such a huge company I think this is disgraceful that you can't accommodate a Savory lunch for people with Celiac Disease!

Went to tesco today with my mam and seen loads of staff carrying Tefal pans around. They had loads put away in the opticians and staff were hiding them around the shop. When I asked a member of staff where they were she replied with a disgusting attitude and give me a dirty look and said there isn't any left. I am furious and they shouldn't be allowed to hide stock!!

My daughter bought me a gorgeous bouquet of Roses on sat afternoon for Sunday morning, mothers day. They have died already.

Monday morning they were all limp, and need to be thrown out today! So discussed with Tesco and so disappointed when your child spends so much on flowers and they only last one day

Just been into this store to purchase some extras for Christmas including alcohol with my daughter who is legally old enough to purchase alcohol. The young lad on the till started waving frantically to an older woman on the next till then said just turn around. I turned to the woman who abruptly asked "who's buying the alcohol" and I said "me" to which I got an attitude saying "well that's alright then" so I advised the woman that my daughter has ID and is quite willing to provide it to which I got even more attitude and a response of "well I would ID her as well" I just turned back and ignored her why do the job if you can't be courteous to customers?? I asked the young lad on the till why he didn't just ID my daughter to which he replied "I'm underage and not allowed to buy or sell alcohol" REALLY TESCO?? REALLY?? Absolutely disgusting that he is serving and even more of an insult when my daughter is of age to buy I certainly won't be returning to the store again some of your staff are truly ignorant, rude and clearly carrying out duties they shouldn't be absolutely terrible!!

User

I will never ever buy any fresh produce or anything made in store after the lack of hygiene my partner and I witnessed by a member of staff on the fresh pizza counter.

The staff member in question, whilst preparing a pizza used his hands to wipe sweat from his face and brow and then carried on preparing the pizza. Utterly disgusting.

User

I purchased a metal planter and seeds to grow , the picture on the packaging was of a beautiful planter full of purple flowers. The cost £10.00 what has grown is a pot with no flowers it looks like a planter full of weeds. Tesco's reply have you got your receipt ..... Who keeps receipts for plants ? You expect them to be as described on the packaging unfortunatley Tesco cannot do anything without the receipt. People beware when buying such items from Tesco as they are not what they describe them to be very disappointed

User

Had huge issue at the pharmacy I wanted to buy an over the counter medicine which my son gets on prescription but I had none with me the age rating on medication says children over 12 my son is 9 they wouldn't sell it not even the pharmacist who could have rang my GP to check. Spoilt day out which I'd took off work to spend with my son.

User

As a regular shopper here today was exceptionally disappointing. The only baby change bathroom on ground floor was once again out of order. The disabled toilet next door (without a baby change option) was in a disgusting state (again). Tried to use only other baby change option upstairs and there was a big queue and gave up leaving after a twenty minute wait. Not family friendly at all today. Also not helped by limited parent parking bays being used by childless morons. A real shame Tesco doesn't monitor their usage.
