We had a lovely evening to celebrate my husband 's 80th birthday last night. From the moment we arrived to the end of the night everyone took the greatest of care of us all. The food was excellent all fresh and home made, their signature Ribeye was the most succulent and tastiest we have ever had and I'm told the sticky toffee pudding was amazing. There was nothing we could fault so a big thank you to every one of the professional workers on duty last night (26May 2018) with a special thanks to Kellyanne.

Lovely from start to finish, we were seated by a lovely young lady, she took our drink order, then our food order, we waited about half hour for our starters which didn't disappoint, our mains came in the right time frame and by good it was beautiful, we couldn't eat it all and the waitress offered us the option to take the rest home (which we did) class night and what made.it even better was the very lovely and attentive waitress Tasha, what an asset to your company �

Food was amazing which wasn't a surprise. I had the Broadway burger and my girl had the kids mac n cheese which was huge!! However it's rare you get good food and great service, but that wasn't the case I had my 4 year old little girl and an 8 month old with me and the staff couldn't of been more attentive to them. My little girl loved the server with pink hair and the lady who bought her a special ice cream. Will certainly be back. Thank you for not being like most servers who hate kids in their section especially babies. Your a credit to the Broadway.

Been here this evening, everything was delicious. Piping hot, good quality and fresh ingredients. We didn’t wait long at all to be served our meals, or to be seated. The staff were great, made us feel so welcome. Portions are extremely generous and the price is fab for the quality of food �. 100% will be returning, this will be mine and my hubbys new place for food!

After a friend had visited and posted pics we thought we’d give it a try. I love a decent steak, I like it medium rare and a quality piece meat that melts in your mouth. I wasn’t disappointed. My steak was lovely. Husband had the fillet steak kebab and his was very nice too. The service was great, speedy without being pushy.

Only disappointment for me was the dessert, £7 for ice cream, cream and a crunchie was bit OTT.

We will definitely come back to try some of the other dishes.

We placed our orders at 7pm for a couple of burgers. The food took 55 minutes to arrive and was stone cold. Not a trace of warmth about it, it was politely returned. Replacement burgers were another twenty minute wait and were only luke warm when they arrived. Because we were very hungry we ate some of the fries and a little of the burger but it was pretty much forced down. Not appetising or pleasant at all. After a few minutes it too was also cold.



I had a brief chat to the manager who agreed it wasnt an acceptable experience and offered us the food for free and also didnt take any payment for the couple of drinks we had while we waited (which is why the review is 2* rather than 1*



The serving staff and the manager were all good people to talk to and very apologetic. I'm sure everyone elses food that night was fine and that the chef/kitchen crew usually do an excellent job.



We ended up walking to the co op to buy a couple of ready meals to microwave. Not the meal I really had planned for my Friday night out with my wife.



I know the Broadway gets fairly consistent 5* reviews but last night we felt very let down.

Service was fine until we put a complaint in that our food tasted like eating scoops of salt, the so called manager who at 1st was very helpfull serving us didnt come any where near the table after we told him and left the table half cleared. We had to ask to get the rest of the table cleared but nothing else mentioned about our complaint. Wont be going back there again spoilt a decent day for me.

4 of us went for a meal lastnight and it was fair to say we all left very disappointed.



We ordered our food as 2 medium well 10oz sirlions, 1 medium 10oz sirloin and 1 medium rare 10oz sirloin with 2 peppercorn sauces.

The waitress brought our food over and the 2 medium well done steaks were very well done, the medium was medium rare and the medium rare came out VERY rare. On top of this we were expecting a layer of fat around the outside of the steak (which is normal) but it came running through all of the steaks so the 10oz ended up being 4oz once we all cut the fat out.

The waitress forgot the two sauces and ended up bringing 3 after telling her we didn't order three she left it on the table for us, but we were later charged on our bill for this.



We complained as the waitress came and asked how our food was, her response was 'What did you order?' I replied all of us ordered sirlions and she said 'yeah it does come with fat' but our plates were left with what looked like half of our steaks left? Also added that our steaks weren't cooked how we liked and she apologised for this. One of us (with the very well done steak) actually left half of the actual steak due to being very tough and chewy.



No gesture of any kind was given, we actually left without ordering our desserts and went to Kaspas as we were so disappointed and didn't want to spend anymore money.



Our bill also came to £90 for a meal none of us enjoyed.
