After coming across this article by Achievers, we got into a discussion about Psychological Safety.
An important idea/statement we picked out of this article is that staff need to be in a #culture where they feel they won't be treated unfairly for giving honest feedback. However, the key point here is that the environment is dictated by the workforce and not by management and there has to be total buy in from all the members of the workforce to get things truly working.
It's ...a fantastic environment to aim for however getting to that point and maintaining it is very difficult. #Tribe365 is a tool that, should this environment be suitable for the workforce, will facilitate that journey.
