Join us for Daisy Birthing weekly women only classes and enjoy a blissful evening in a small women only class. Daisy Birthing classes combine yoga based movement, birth hypnosis, breathing techniques, antenatal and relaxation. The classes will leave you feeling relaxed giving you the space to enjoy a positive pregnancy and prepare for a confident birth.
Our Active Birth Workshops are for Mum and her birth companion.
