Went and had a make-up application and lashes for my hen do. My whole experience was amazing. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. I can't recommend this place highly enough - THE place to go to feel pampered and leave looking glam. Thank you � had sooooo many compliments on the make-up, and it lasted all night. Perfect �

Well deserved 5 stars as this is a lovely salon with great girls. Dawn did an amazing job on my hair yesterday it has never felt healthier and I've also had my nails and eyebrows done by Ana who is also very talented. Would highly recommend this place to anyone requiring a hair or beauty treatment!

This salon is fab! The girls are all so friendly, and they do a great job! I have had my hair done here twice since moving to Newcastle! Dawn also went out of her way to help me find the right hair extensions too! Thank you so much girls!!!

The staff is absolutely lovely,they make sure you feel welcomed. While being there they recommended which haircut would suit me the most and the hair turned out beautiful. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone! �

My hair came out amazing, very soft and smooth and exactly how I wanted it if not better than I could've expected. The girls (Dawn & Anne) were very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with how my hair was done. I'll definitely be returning the next time I get my hair done.

I would like to make special mention of Anna Maria who is a true pro and always makes my nails look amazing! I would highly recommend this place!

First time coming into the salon for a colour and can honestly say that it is the best my hair has ever looked! Girls were super friendly and so easy to get along with! Defo recommend the amazing Micheala and the salon, brillant service! ��xxx

Came in yesterday with my mam for a much needed finger and toes attention ready for my mams holiday and my ice hockey charity tournament. We were greeted with a massive warm welcome. The ladies were amazing!! They made us feel so comfortable and nothing was a problem for them. They went above and beyond and our nails look incredible!! Highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much ladies!!!

Been here a few times now for multiple services the staff are lovely and I always leave loving whatever it is I've had done couldn't recommend this place more :)

Always love a trip here. Dawn and the girls are great to be around and always do excellent work! Never disappointed with the outcome! Never loved my hair so much as I do now thanks to them!

I have been twice now and both times enjoyed having my nails done. The staff are friendly and are really enthusiastic about the work done. Only reason i have rated 4 stars is because i had a new member of staff who wasnt quite up to speed but super nice and that'll improve in time. My acrylic nails have been shaped beautifully & lasted the natural course of time (i use my hands a lot too). I will be returning.

Worst salon experience I have ever had. The staff were nice and that is where the good salon service ends, I had booked in for a spray tan for my friends wedding, the spray turned out nice but as it developed it started to turn green on my feet and legs, when I washed it off I started to get little burns on my neck, arms and back which have left me with weird patches on my skin which now make me feel horrible and uncomfortable in myself , I spent a full day taking the tan off, I will never go back there , I should have stuck doing my tan myself! Worse experience, I feel like I have been ripped of my money

I had a set of Gel extensions four came off after four hours of application. Product was touching my cuticles, which caused redness and irritation. I asked for a refund was refused the therapist was lovely. Shame

By far the worst nails I've ever had. One snapped after 2 days, 3 have completely come off, and literally every remaining nail began to lift or the gel is peeling off within 10 days. Absolute joke, especially considering how expensive they were.

I rang up to ask if they could fix this mess and was told 'I should have booked in for infills after 2 weeks anyway.' Inflills? There's nothing to infill whose nails grow that much in 2 weeks?

DO NOT get your nails done here - I paid £44 for acrylics and gel, which is extortionate regardless of the fact that they barely lasted. No nails should be lasting less than two weeks, nevermind such expensive ones. Complete rip off
