My son loved the Halloween party, great event food, music and games. This is a great place, friendly staff and always clean.

My boys 2nd birthday party held here today, all kids aged 1 to 13 had a brill time, staff were brilliant especially our party organiser, we paid ┬Ż10 per child and thought it was a bargain for all the food, ice cream and party bags etc, we will be back!

Sons here. They have had hours of fun . It's often busy especially in the holidays and weekends, which to me says it's a good place for kids to play in a safe environment

Only one complaint. ...trying to coax my grandson out when its time to leave ’┐Į

My daughter loves it here and we visit all the time. However, I have found the prices to be on the rise again and other soft plays are cheaper. Food is lovely, especially the Sunday lunches! Beef melts in the mouth. One thing weirds me out tho, the fact that they sell alcohol, I find this odd ’┐Į just no need. Definitely worth a visit tho if your thinking about it x

Took my baby today, baby toys all dirty and none working.

Good for older kids but won't be retuning. Dirty and smelly.

Theres hardly anything in the baby section would be nice to have a bit where theres a few toys.

Kids love it here only criticism I do have is the announcements they are very unclear, and during the Halloween party no one knew what was going on, little unorganised with the games and Competitions big again kids love it

It's okay for burning off the kids' energy however at just shy of ┬Ż20 for a ten year old and 5 year old with dinner i would expect to be able to get ketchup or any other sauces with the overpriced food for free. Tj's jungle in cramlington does fresh food at a decent price and doesn't charge for condiments.

I use to love it here but it's getting to expensive it never used to be yesterday I paid ┬Ż11.95 for 1 year old and a 10 year old and I had to stand and wait 20 minutes to get a table

Great soft play but sat directly in front of air conditioning unit which was constantly blowing out hot air, my baby was getting very adjitated and was told it was only switch off when the room hit a certain temperature, bit annoying.

Can't fault soft play kids love it but however would never book a party again it is all very rushed we payed 10.95 a head so kids could have an extra half hour play we had only been there a hour got took in for food to be told we had to leave in half hour we shouldn't ov got took for food till 3 but kids got there half hour play after but kids weren't even finished food n the girl was wanting to bring icecream out with left few kids still eating alone while others went bk to have there extra play very good soft play just don't feel the party side was worth the money I payed

On arrival the girl on reception was very unpolite and unwelcoming no pleases or thank yous. we thought maybe she was just hvng one of them days and thought nothing more ,the children played. The lady whom we got r drinks and snacks off was friendly ’┐Į. When it was time to leave a different lady was on reception we couldn't believe how rude she was when collecting our children's shoes!! she just about snatched my shoe ticket out my hand ,slammed the shoes down then went to wave her hand in a clicking movement for r other shoe ticket! again not even a thank you or good bye worse manners than girl on arrival . Our children even commented how grumpy she was with there shoe return! These members of staff should have some manners and customer service they are the first and last people that customers and children will remember about there experience and for working in a children's place of play, manners and making people feel welcome should be no1 priority !!! we'll definitely be going to a different soft play next time. very disappointing.

Just paid ┬Ż40 for 4 meals and a kids meals on top of the ┬Ż14 odd to get in for 2 kids to be told I had to pay 50p for a little pot of mayo and 30p for some cheap tomato sauce!....play area is good for kids but eat before u come...probs wouldn't have complained if me sauce was free haha but hate being ripped off

What arsehole gives a kids soft play area a alcohol license! ItŌĆÖs a place for kids to play not for parents to get hammered! Go to the pub or do it when your kids are in bed! ItŌĆÖs an absolute disgrace and dangerous! How many parents are driving after leaving! Total joke!!

ViSited tonight for first time in years. Lots of older kids climbing up the bigs slides repeatedly into the path of small kids. Challenges once by staff at my request only for them to go straight back and carry on unchallenged. Very dangerous behaviour. Senior staff unconcerned and said not their issue. I absolutely agree kids behaviour is parental responsibility but when it's blantantly dangerous and could cause a broken leg ( my smaller son was crashed 4x) it becomes a venue management issue. After all if he broke a leg if would be YOU i sued. Won't be back. Safer places to enjoy fun
