Went for lunch with family and we had a great time. The food was lovely and the staff made the time to make us feel really welcome, especially my young daughter.

Took our granddaughters for tea and they thoroughly enjoyed the food. Great value and staff were fantastic. Lovely atmosphere too.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was spacious and comfortable. The food was good quality and value.

The food here is absolutely amazing. It used to be disappointing now it's fabulous!

I can't recommend the place enough! The staff are really friendly and work really hard and it obvious how much hard work Julie and her team have put into the pub!

As far as I am concerned that hard work has really paid off!



Shout out to Savannah for persuading me to come back and being so kind to me today.



I brought family from Liverpool and they loved it too. Everyone cleared their plates!!!!

Sunday lunch today was lovely. The child's portion was huge and plenty of vegetables... possibly one of the nicest I've had in one of the local establishments lately.

Love Heverlee on draft. Also the food is out of this world. Recommend the classic combo, the wings are just delightful. When the weathers good the Myton beer garden is a no brainer

Had a lovely lunch today with my colleagues. We pre ordered the food as we only have a short lunch break and it was ready as soon as we got there and still hot �

There was a good selection of real ales too so might have to pop back one evening!!

Excellent service from all staff, friendly and accommodating. We all enjoyed our meals- the steak and Marston’s ale pie is highly recommended.

Enjoyed Sunday lunch with my wife, who had Pork and I had Beef, and both were delicious. Washed down with lager and wine, and I must say the new menu choice is great value for money and the quality extremely good.

First of all booked a table, walked in the front of house service was appalling! The young lass looked at our party of 8 as though we were aliens and walked off, when we ordered our food we asked for no tomatoes on one meal, when the meal came one meal had tomatoes on, two of our party ordered chicken tikka masala when they arrived one didn’t have a naan when we questioned this the waitress came out and said “ the chef has put two on one plate” oh that’s lovely I had to take the naan off the girls plate myself! Two of our party ordered a mixed grill, the onion rings were missing the whole meals was terrible! Don’t even get me started on the children’s meals! Smash sausages and carrots and that was it no gravy or anything! When u can pick mash up with fork prongs ya know how dry it is! When the lady came back one of our party said “ that was the worst meal I’ve ever had”. The waitress turned round, smiled and said “ thank you” � the staff must of knew we wernt happy as we wernt even asked how our meal was throughout! I think maybe they need to train their front of house staff! It’s terrible!

Why oh why do i keep on giving the Myton another chance. This time i am done... a 3rd of the draught off sale, half of the menu not available & what food does arrive looks like a child made it. Absolutely terrible, again! Do not waste your time and money going to this place...

Threw out because I asked why they served two people before me, what a joke. Thought I would try the place after the so called improvements, never again 0 star. Friends 50th spoilt :-(

Not impressed with new management.. miserable and pub lost it’s atmosphere. He did nothing but whinge at customers all night. Decor of pub also looking very depressing now. Toilets were distrusting.. black hairs all over sinks and most locks on doors broken. Wouldn’t rush to return.

Menu looked ok .. prices were a bit higher especially for a salad which was just rocket lettuce dumped on a plate the odd pepper or tomato scattered about and crispy onions just out of a bag � freezing cold and grilled sweet corn was just corn out of a tin freezing cold absolute shocking especially for the price ... the jacket potatoe was microwaved and a funny colour .... the kids meals were diabolical pre cooked and heated up to a point cudnt eat as was that hot took ages to cool down ... and the chicken pie well ... VILE slopped on a plate was like a microwaved pie the base was not even cooked had to be taken back... the burger was rock hard pre cooked and warmed so cudnt even chew it absolutely shocking ... staff were ok but didn’t like being told the truth ... nice pub just awful food cheap frozen stuff for over the top prices definitely wudnt recommend for food or a happy face ... the bottled cider was nice tho �

Giving it 1 is generous. It was dry and the cheese wasn’t even melted, but apparently me using the ladies for 3 minutes could result in that. I’m not a chef but I would of appreciated a jeff’s chef Parmo from Asda more and they are diabolical too

Bad customer service and gone really down hill, been here for a few years and recently (past year) the customer service has been horrendous. #dontbother #customerservice #badplace #change #which #1star #neveragain
