We now sell handmade jewellery, and have some very lovely mothers day items x

So it would seem that I am great at running a book shop but really not so great with technology and social media. After some discussions with media savvy people, I have decided the kids will do a better job and have promoted them accordingly. This means you should all see alot more of us on here, including all the new stock and gift ranges xx

Well our first week is going really well x Thank you to all the people who have come in to wish us luck and have a look around x I can't keep the smile off my face when I am there. The old shop served us well for four and a half years, but this is the best move I have ever made x

Well we did it. We have our grand opening tomorrow x After 4 really long, hard days getting everything ready. And thanks to loads of help from family and good friends we are opening our new doors tomorrow at 10am x look forward to seeing you there xx

Today the big move starts. We are moving onto the main street, into what was the bike place. I am so excited, can't wait to open on Saturday (hopefully!!!)

Ok, I think we are now permanently back on line. We now have a new laptop

We now have an outstanding teen/young adult section. Why not pop along and check it out. We are also an outlet for handmade cards by Happy Evers After. Bespoke cards can be order instore.

We have now started to restock our range of home made preserves. Call in to see what we have available.

I will be closing the shop for the first week in February to do a complete shop refit. We have our buy one get second half price sale on until we close, so come along for a bargain. Pop along for a look on Saturday 6th February to see if all the hard work was worth it.

Finally back online after a lifetime with no computer! We now stock homemade preserves, jewellery and a few other bits, and at the minute we are in the middle of our BIG BOOK SALE, all books are buy one get one free. This will end at the end of the half term holidays, so come along and grab a bargain x
