New Sponsorship!!
The Protector Group were pleased to sponsor the NE Youth “Picnic in the Park”on Friday 31st of August. Young people from Newcastle (Cowgate/Lemington and Throckley) along with Gateshead (Blaydon) all met up in Exhibition Park to mark the end of a beautiful summer, with the day starting with a large relaxing picnic.
All the young people then took part in sport, beginning with a hectic game of rounders followed by football, and then to finish the day they all ...made a short visit to the Great North Museum.
“It was great to see all the young people meeting and playing with new people, whilst enjoying the sunshine”.

New Sponsorship!!
The Protector Group were pleased to sponsor the NE Youth, the largest youth organisation in the North East, with their special “FUN WATER SPORTS DAY”, as part of their membership program on Wednesday 29th August.
... The event took place in the beautiful sheltered cove of Cullercoats Bay, with the able assistance of the instructors of Cullercoats Bike and Kayak. The young people were all aged 11 to 17 years and had great fun sea kayaking, individual and group “Stand Up Paddle Boarding”, but most importantly developed other skills such as teamwork, co-ordination and self-motivation.
A visit from lifeguards from the R.N.LI., ensured the young people took away the very important water safety message about building water confidence, evaluating risk, in order to stay safe in, and around, the sea.
A comment “It was great fun” sums up a great day.
