We stayed at the secret lodge and had a fab time, the lodge was spotless clean and had everything you could need, the hot tub was amazing!!!!!! The chocolates, fizz, robes and slippers are a really nice extra treat. Thanks for a lovely few days away would highly recommend.

We have returned today from the secret lodge, we had a fab time lodge is beautiful, kids loved the hot tub and the wii. The beds are so comfortable had a lovely nights sleep! Will definitely be back when we are kiddy free next time. Thank you for a lovely stay, we didn’t want to leave �

We have just returned from a fabulous girly break in The Escape for my sisters 30th and we had the most amazing/relaxing time. I have stayed in other lodges in the past but this one was far superior. Loved the dressing gowns and slippers that were left on our beds. The chocolates and prosecco which were awaiting us on arrival were a lovely touch �. The lodge is bright and airy and feels like home from home. We walked into the village one afternoon and had food/drinks in the pub (William de Percy I think). We also had drinks in the coach house pub on site and sat in the beer garden as the weather was lovely! Can't wait to return xx

We have just returned from a 4 night break at the escape to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed!!!! Beautiful lodge, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, good communication with the owner literally 5 star!!! We cannot wait to return...... thank you for making our first anniversary one to remember �

We as a family have just spent a luxury weekend in the retreat and the escape, we were at a family wedding on Friday in le petit chateau and decided to stay in these lodges for the occasion best decision we made, everything you will need is here would luxury and comfort ��

We are just back from a 3 night break in the beautiful escape. Wow what an amazing time we had!! The lodge was above and beyond expectations, it is furnished to a very high standard and immaculately clean. The hot tub and sauna were just amazing, and the bath robes, fizz and chocolates give it that extra touch. I have stayed in many lodges before and this is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in, they have considered every little thing. The communication with the owner since booking the lodge and throughout our stay was great, would definetly reccomened the Escape to anyone looking for a luxury relaxing break, can’t wait to return. 🥂🍾☺️ xx

Stayed here to celebrate my 21st birthday and had the most amazing time with the girls! The lodge is absolutely stunning and immaculately clean, as well as having everything you could possibly need including little touches like choc and a bottle! They’ve thought of everything! Would 100% recommend, can’t wait to go back for a winter break x

Stayed at the Escape this week after our wedding as a little minimoon. It is beautiful!Very nice touch with the card, bubbly and chocolates. The owner responds very quickly and will do everything she can for you. It is perfect for a relaxing time away. We would highly recommend it and hoping to stay again next year. Thanks again xxx

Six of us stayed here this weekend to attend a wedding at Woodhill Hall! Gorgeous lodge, beyond what we expected especially for the price we paid. It was an ideal location with the perfect facilities for our stay. The hot tub was our personal highlight and the dressing gowns, slippers and chocolates just made this even better!! Thank you for having us x

Seriously could not fault the Lodges. They were well equipped - from glasses to pans and games to kitchen foil! We hired both lodges for hen weekend 4th-7th May 2018 - would definately recommend for a break or chilling holiday. Everyone on site were so friendly and everyone spoke to each other. We went to the Coach house hotel dressed in decorated wellies and red white n blue dress ups ! the locals, visitors and owners were so great with us and even did a 'welly parade' and judged a winner. We went marlin hunting in the woods which was funny and a must! ��. All in all - do we recommend the lodges? ABSOLUTELY. Owners converse with you so much and nothing is too much xxx Thank you xxx

On way home as we speak & words cant describe how gutted i am to be leaving! We have had 2 of the most relaxing days ever. The lodge was alot bigger than i thought and its so warming! Very peacefull and equiped with everything you need & more!! I will definatley be returning and maybes bring the kiddies along next time. Hot tub and sauna very relaxing � xxx

Myself and my partner have just had a two night break in the retreat and what a treat it was. The lodge was beautiful, peaceful and homely. The hot tub and sauna barrel are a lovely touch too. Would highly recommend this to anyone, we didn’t want to leave!

Just returned from a short stay at the escape. This is a beautiful lodge and we loved everything about it. Great communication with the owner before during and after. The lodge was spotless and very well equipped. The weather was an added bonus and the hot tub and sauna were wonderful. This is a very luxurious place to stay in a lovely tranquil setting and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Just returned from a fabulous weekend at The Escape 💕 The lodge is beautiful and the decor inside really has the wow factor. The lodge was immaculately clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We were fortunate to have amazing weather so enjoyed a lovely day out to Kielder on the Saturday followed by a lovely meal at the William de Percy on the Saturday night. We chilled out on the decking on the Sunday and enjoyed the hot tub before heading out for lunch in the glorious sunshine.

Fabulous weekend that we all thoroughly enjoyed and we would definitely like to return to the lodge at some point in the future 😄xx

Just got back from a fab weekend break at the escape lodge! Couldn’t of asked for anything better from the decor to the added extras everything was great. Hot tub and sauna are lovely touches and even in the cold weather they were a treat! The lodge had absolutely everything you needed and the slippers and robes were a bonus. We had a lovely walk round the woods which was a lovely scenery. You can also walk for about a mile into a lovely little village. The owners have definitely put a lot of effort into the lodge to make it a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break! Can’t wait to book again :)

Just back from a two night stay at the Retreat. It was beautiful sunshine which made our stay even better!! Amazing stay as ever the lodge is clean, modern and has absolutely everything you need! Hot tub and sauna are amazing!! Great value for money will definitely be back �

Just back from a 4night break at the The Retreat lodge....what a lovely place! The lodge is decorated beautifully, and fully equipped with things like plates, glasses, towels, pots, pans.....along with some special touches like robes and slippers! The welcome gift of bubbly and chocolates was a lovely surprise. The area is so peaceful and quiet...you can really enjoy the relaxation in the hot tub!!! There is an artillery range nearby and they seemed to be doing practices on an evening quite late so could hear some bangs on and off but the bubbles of the hot tub drowned them out! Overall a lovely lodge and ideal for couples, families or groups of friends if you just want to go somewhere to relax and switch off! PS: look up at night for a view of the stars!

I booked both The Retreat & The Escape for my Hen do for the weekend on 22nd June and this was by far the best cabins I’ve stayed in (we’ve stayed in quite a few) there was not one thing I could fault. Both cabins were immaculate, amazingly decoration and were equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The hot tub was fantastic and cleaned every morning at our surprise! Added bonus was the discount that you automatically receive at The William De Percy Pub which did the best Sunday dinner I’ve ever tasted and has great cocktails if you’re wanting a few drinks outside of the site. We also went to the onsite pub called The Coach House and had the prosecco afternoon tea, personally I preferred the food at the William De Percy as the sandwiches on the afternoon tea were a little stale as they had been prepared too early.

I can’t recommend the cabins enough I am already missing being there! I wouldn’t hesitate to book up again as they were fantastic value for money and we received great customer service throughout our stay.
