The food is delicious with fresh ingredients, superb chefs make good food brilliant!

Went in for my birthday lunch yesterday with my 2 daughters and it was lovely fast service didn't wait long at all lovely food and they didn't try and rush us out. Staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely place to eat and relax.

We visited on Friday 29th as out friends recommended this wonderful place.

And we were not dissaponted we had some amazing starters but the mains were simply amazing i had the lamb and this was done as I asked for. Beth our waitress was also very attentive and super efficient I was so impressed we booked Sunday lunch there.

We love the scullery at the best of times, however today just sealed our love. My daughter had her 12th birthday party this afternoon. A teen afternoon tea, with mocktails. The staff were amazing, making all the girls feel welcome and Soph, my daughter was made to feel very special.

The table was set up with balloons and birthday banners. The afternoon tea for the girls was amazing, so much choice and so delicious. The girls ate so much and we still have left overs for their sleep over! Bonus!

My friend and I ordered afternoon tea for us and had a table slightly away from the girls. Again amazing food! But we loved just watching the girls and how all the staff kept chatting to the girls and making sure all happy.

Thank you so much! See you next Saturday for breakfast!

We just had my sons christening in the new function room upstairs and it was such an amazing day and amazing venue for my baby boys special day. We had such a lovely day and we were wowed with how much effort went in to everything. Food was amazing, the staff were lovely and the pizza making was just on another level, it made the kids feel so special, such a brilliant idea. I canвАЩt begin to thank you enough Hayley пњљ canвАЩt wait to come back and celebrate future occasions with you and your wonderful team of staff. The food was absolutely delicious and was great value on the early bird menu. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The cocktail menu had lots of choice and the cocktails certainly didnвАЩt disappoint. Looking forward to going back again!

The Scullery tonight has served me the best seafood pasta I have EVER had. Normally once the seafood has gone I leave the pasta (if IвАЩm full) but even the pasta had a taste that was too good to stop eating. The mussels were perfect for how I like them and the tomato and chilli sauce was delicious! If it wasnвАЩt so nice I would have been envious of my friends scotch eggs! The service was absolutely amazing which I always think is more important than the food пњљ I literally could not fault a thing or have any criticism - if you havenвАЩt been on a night yet it is a must! пњљ

I won the sunday dinners and it was gorgeous. I was in a food coma after eating it. The meat has to be the most tender ive ever had, big puffy yorkies, lots of veg that looked and tasted fresh. No soggy veg here thank god. Real meaty gravy to top it off. Just when i thought it couldnt get any better, i remembered the slice of strawberry gateau mmm. What can i say.....awesome. after speaking on the phone to the staff, i can say they are the friendliest ive come across. Excellent

Hosted a baby shower for my sister at home and had the scullery provide the catering. The food was absolutely delicious! Delivered straight to my door on time with no hassle and displayed beautifully! Had loads of lovely comments from guests about the food! Would definitely recommend!

Family night out. Food delicious . We all had different starters and main meals. Every meal was lovely and the presentation of the food was so eye catching. I had king prawn starter followed by chicken and prawn done in a bisque sauce , it was amazing , the others had mussels , cod bites, and potato skins followed by lamb with melted in your mouth, steak, and chicken done in a leak sauce. Staff were really friendly and helpful, well done to Chef and kitchen staff, we will be going back . 10/10

My wife booked a table for us and we took our two girls here for my birthday 5th may, we canвАЩt complain about the food at all but what I was disappointed by was the 30 minute wait for the starters and then a 40 minute wait for the Main meals, I know they they did take off a round of drinks off the bill and the fact they had a booking for 5 which didnвАЩt start ordering until half past 6 but still would have liked to enjoy my birthday a bit more than I did as at one point we were ready to leave

I love it here for food, but me and my daughter and her boyfriend were here on Sunday 24/6/18and we were extremely disappointed the service was atrocious no one came to ask if we were enjoying our meal or came back to see if we wanted our drinks refilled we waited ages for our dishes to be taken away and not once did anyone come and ask if we wanted any deserts we had to go up to the counter and ask for our bill . We probably would of had deserts if asked so thatвАЩs lost revenue as we just got tired of waiting .

It wasnвАЩt even that busy either staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other didnвАЩt look interested in there customers at all .

This hasnвАЩt actually put us off going as we are hoping this was a one off .

We have just been In tonight I asked the waitress if their was a new chief as the garlic mushrooms were floating in the garlic sauce to which she replied it's not normally that watery ha ha got pepperoni pizza one with extra chill and one without the extra chill was around the middle of the pizza and one piece of pepperoni on each slide of pizza which was too doughy assistant shift manager came over I asked again if the chief was different to which she replied no then told us they had different chiefs in tonight dur not the usual standard of food disappointed

Sandwiches were nice enough However the service was shocking. Waited and waited for a menu and ended up getting up and getting my own. Food arrived promptly. We finished our sandwich and had to go and ask for a dessert menu to be told it would be bought over. We waited 15 minuets and I asked a waitress for the menu again to be told at the top of her voice that she was busy and if I could just wait. I have never been spoken to so rudely in a restaurant when all I wanted to do was buy desserts and coffees. She finally bought it over and I told her I was not interested she seemed genuinely surprised at this!!! The woman serving behind the bars manner wasnвАЩt much better- they appeared to be serving about 8 tables????

Such a shame as the food seemed nice enough but as going to lunch with a friend is a special treat for me IвАЩd rather not pay to be spoken to so rudely in front of a room full of people. Definitely wonвАЩt be recommending this to friends due to staff rudeness!!!!

Came here for some Sunday food with my boyfriend. Starters were amazing but when it came to the mains IвАЩm sorry but it was disgusting. My boyfriend ordered hunters chicken and it was swimming in bbq sauce ( not an appetising thing to look at) after a few mouthfuls he couldnвАЩt eat anymore as he felt sick from all the sauce. I ordered the burger of the day and was shocked with the amount of cheese on the burger and wasnвАЩt pleased. Burger might as well have been rare at how bloody it was. Came home I felt fine, but my boyfriend vomited the food back up. Sad to give a bad review as IвАЩve been a few times and itвАЩs been lovely.

When they hadnвАЩt arrived by 13.07 I called for an update to be told that they had told me it would be an hour and a half (they hadnвАЩt) and that вАШall of our deliveries are out so itвАЩll be on itвАЩs wayвАЩ. At 13.50 I called back and when I said IвАЩd been waiting for 2 hours the exact words the lady who took my call (I believe her name was Deborah) used were вАШthereвАЩs no way, my delivery driver is back nowвАЩ. I assured her IвАЩm not in the habit of lying to people and that I certainly had been waiting for 2 hours. She then said she would contact her drivers and see which one had it so they could come to me next. At 14.07 they still hadnвАЩt arrived and I had to be done where by 3 so I called back to be told the driver was in her way and that sheвАЩs been вАШall over the place with lots of deliveriesвАЩ. I know that mistakes happen but this is ridiculous! My 5 year old has now eaten because she couldnвАЩt wait any longer! Your customer service is quite frankly appalling, 3 phone calls and not once have I heard the word вАШSorryвАЩ



Dinner finally arrived at 14.15. Not impressed. I actually ordered an adult portion and a childвАЩs and there was no difference. What was supposed to be a Sunday treat has been a farce, Never again!

Went in for my birthday lunch yesterday with my 2 daughters and it was lovely fast service didn't wait long at all lovely food and they didn't try and rush us out. Staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely place to eat and relax.

We visited on Friday 29th as out friends recommended this wonderful place.

And we were not dissaponted we had some amazing starters but the mains were simply amazing i had the lamb and this was done as I asked for. Beth our waitress was also very attentive and super efficient I was so impressed we booked Sunday lunch there.

We love the scullery at the best of times, however today just sealed our love. My daughter had her 12th birthday party this afternoon. A teen afternoon tea, with mocktails. The staff were amazing, making all the girls feel welcome and Soph, my daughter was made to feel very special.

The table was set up with balloons and birthday banners. The afternoon tea for the girls was amazing, so much choice and so delicious. The girls ate so much and we still have left overs for their sleep over! Bonus!

My friend and I ordered afternoon tea for us and had a table slightly away from the girls. Again amazing food! But we loved just watching the girls and how all the staff kept chatting to the girls and making sure all happy.

We just had my sons christening in the new function room upstairs and it was such an amazing day and amazing venue for my baby boys special day. We had such a lovely day and we were wowed with how much effort went in to everything. Food was amazing, the staff were lovely and the pizza making was just on another level, it made the kids feel so special, such a brilliant idea. The food was absolutely delicious and was great value on the early bird menu. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The cocktail menu had lots of choice and the cocktails certainly didnвАЩt disappoint. Looking forward to going back again!

The Scullery tonight has served me the best seafood pasta I have EVER had. Normally once the seafood has gone I leave the pasta (if IвАЩm full) but even the pasta had a taste that was too good to stop eating. The mussels were perfect for how I like them and the tomato and chilli sauce was delicious! If it wasnвАЩt so nice I would have been envious of my friends scotch eggs! The service was absolutely amazing which I always think is more important than the food пњљ I literally could not fault a thing or have any criticism - if you havenвАЩt been on a night yet it is a must! пњљ

I won the sunday dinners and it was gorgeous. I was in a food coma after eating it. The meat has to be the most tender ive ever had, big puffy yorkies, lots of veg that looked and tasted fresh. No soggy veg here thank god. Real meaty gravy to top it off. Just when i thought it couldnt get any better, i remembered the slice of strawberry gateau mmm. What can i say.....awesome. after speaking on the phone to the staff, i can say they are the friendliest ive come across. Excellent

Hosted a baby shower for my sister at home and had the scullery provide the catering. The food was absolutely delicious! Delivered straight to my door on time with no hassle and displayed beautifully! Had loads of lovely comments from guests about the food! Would definitely recommend!

Family night out. Food delicious . We all had different starters and main meals. Every meal was lovely and the presentation of the food was so eye catching. I had king prawn starter followed by chicken and prawn done in a bisque sauce , it was amazing , the others had mussels , cod bites, and potato skins followed by lamb with melted in your mouth, steak, and chicken done in a leak sauce. Staff were really friendly and helpful, well done to Chef and kitchen staff, we will be going back . 10/10

My wife booked a table for us and we took our two girls here for my birthday 5th may, we canвАЩt complain about the food at all but what I was disappointed by was the 30 minute wait for the starters and then a 40 minute wait for the Main meals, I know they they did take off a round of drinks off the bill and the fact they had a booking for 5 which didnвАЩt start ordering until half past 6 but still would have liked to enjoy my birthday a bit more than I did as at one point we were ready to leave

I love it here for food, but me and my daughter and her boyfriend were here on Sunday 24/6/18and we were extremely disappointed the service was atrocious no one came to ask if we were enjoying our meal or came back to see if we wanted our drinks refilled we waited ages for our dishes to be taken away and not once did anyone come and ask if we wanted any deserts we had to go up to the counter and ask for our bill . We probably would of had deserts if asked so thatвАЩs lost revenue as we just got tired of waiting .

I ordered the burger of the day and was shocked with the amount of cheese on the burger and wasnвАЩt pleased. Burger might as well have been rare at how bloody it was. At 13.50 I called back and when I said IвАЩd been waiting for 2 hours the exact words the lady who took my call (I believe her name was Deborah) used were вАШthereвАЩs no way, my delivery driver is back nowвАЩ. I assured her IвАЩm not in the habit of lying to people and that I certainly had been waiting for 2 hours. She then said she would contact her drivers and see which one had it so they could come to me next. At 14.07 they still hadnвАЩt arrived and I had to be done where by 3 so I called back to be told the driver was in her way and that sheвАЩs been вАШall over the place with lots of deliveriesвАЩ. I know that mistakes happen but this is ridiculous! My 5 year old has now eaten because she couldnвАЩt wait any longer! Your customer service is quite frankly appalling, 3 phone calls and not once have I heard the word вАШSorryвАЩ



Dinner finally arrived at 14.15. Not impressed. I actually ordered an adult portion and a childвАЩs and there was no difference. What was supposed to be a Sunday treat has been a farce, Never again!

WeвАЩve enjoyed coming here on a Sunday for a few weeks and I swear it gets better each week!

The food is delicious with fresh ingredients, superb chefs make good food brilliant!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with staff who remember you, take care of you and are personable!

All of this at such a reasonable and affordable cost is very hard to come by!
