November is Mouth Cancer Action to raise awareness of mouth cancer with the aim of making a difference by saving thousands of lives. In the UK, more than 7,000 people were diagnosed with mouth cancer last year. The disease has grown by a third in the last decade and remains one of very few cancers which are predicted to increase further in the coming years… that’s why Mouth Cancer Action Month is so important. Could your trainers do with a bit of a clean this weekend? To whiten the rubber part of your shoes simply get out your toothpaste and an old toothbrush. After scrubbing, clean off the toothpaste with a damp cloth. Ta-dah!

Lost a front tooth and had resigned myself to being a hermit until sorted. The staff fitted me straight in, Wendy promised I wouldn't leave without sorting it. She was true to her word and in all honesty it looks far better than before. Thank you so much, I am delighted � x

Absolutely fantastic ! I can't recommend the Smile Spa enough. Such a lovely and welcoming team. I've just completed my Six Month Smile treatment, and I can't believe the difference.

Initial treatment was fine..... tried to add on more treatments which my own dentist would of carried out for a very lesser price..... once payment is received I felt like I was just in and out..... no patient quality time..... had a hygienist appointment pre paid which no one failed 2 tell me about.... wish I'd shopped about..... totally disappointed � still can feel white filling on my teeth due to invisalign proceedure, worst £5000 I've ever spent and still paying for it
