Thank you to everyone who turned up to run with and support Lee on Sunday. We had a great day, the run was fun (lovely weather helped!) and everyone had a great time taking part in the Geordie Olympics afterwards! This was mile 1 of a year long, 1378 mile journey, so there is still a long way to go and a lot of money to raise for a fantastic charity - Rock2Recovery. Exceptional service and very person centred. Fantastic listening skills from the Personal trainers and excellent communication skills . This services delivers and delivers with massive amounts of knowledge around your body and any ailments and your individual body disfunction's.

I have been able to see Massive differences in my day to day functioning and the way my body works . My pain in my legs has reduced and giving me a better quality of life .

Being very unfit, I was quite nervous visiting The Studio for the 1st training session. However, Lee made me feel safe and boosted my confidence - he clearly knows what he's doing and has a great manner with people. I don't know if I dare say I had fun ... Let's see what happens in future sessions, but really I did have fun!
