If I could award 0 this evening I would. Have used this takeaway for years with no issues, however tonight after an order value of £46 I am appalled by the drivers attitude. Meant to arrive at 830, at 850 told was on the way. Called again at 905 and they had the wrong address, despite it being nothing like ours. After finally arriving at 910pm I asked the driver if I could check the food, as it had apparently been driving around for 40mins so should have been cold, I was told it wasn't her problem that she went to the wrong place, very abruptly!!! The food was in fact hot, I asked when she had left the shop as it was so hot, her response.... That's got nothing to do with you! (I think it has when u r 40 mins late and I've been told u r on route) I was then told I'd put my finger in so she wouldn't take it back anyway. I had not, I'd taken the lid off, hadn't her her food back and responded that due to her lack of customer service she could take it all back n loose £46!! Her response was to blame the new girl on the phone!!!

Disgusting attitude!!! If you aren't happy to be a delivery driver, don't do it!!
