Dear customers, from everyone here at The Waffle & Crepé Shack we would just like to say a huge thank you to all of you who have made us a huge success here in hartlepool and further a field. It has been an amazing journey from when we first opened back in the summer. However this will be our last weekend here at our store in hartlepool, but I'm sure this won't be the last you will hear from us! My daughters both love this place! The waffles, crepes and milkshakes are delicious � The service is excellent - very friendly and Michael goes above and beyond to help

Lovely would ask for it cold next time so my ice cream didnt go over the car but was lovely all the same . Loved the slush i know where to get my fix from now on for my gin slush . Banana milkshake tasty too .

Just been in and got 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes and oh my they were amazing .. the service in shop was great and the waffles were unreal the milkshakes were dead thick and cold just like they should be .. keep it up defo be back xx

First visit today got a milkshake and an iced coffee. Amazing!! If you haven’t tried I would recommend.

Been in today with my son who got a Maltese milkshake in his words absolutely lovely other half got a skittles milkshake lovely girls in the shop definitely be back

First of all went and there was no waffles on even tho it’s called the waffle and crepe shack so had to get a crepe then they ran out of ‘nutella’ so we had to wait for the Nutella on the top of our crepes which by the time someone was back from the shop the crepes were stone cold and went hard.
