I would love to say a huge THANKYOU to all of or clients having brought us in cards, cake, chocolate, biscuits, alcohol and gifts. The lovely emails thanking us for the card, photos, report cards and treats.
It has been a fantastic year and finished off with the loveliest words and gifts really means the world to every one of us.
We do our job because we love it, we love your dogs because they are oh so easy to love and care for - having the best clients is the cherry on to...p.

***** 5 STAR RATED ***** So today was our yearly inspection with the council for our daycare licence and are thrilled to announce we passed with flying colours.
These newest inspections delve into so many more areas than previously. Our staffs knowledge, training documentation, safety of our premises and the policies and operating practices that make us who we are.
... We are so pleased that these areas are clearly hitting the mark and with the new rating system have been allocated a long licence as we are low risk and 5 stars - all helping our clients know that we offer great care.
From a business perspective i want to praise our great team for their continued professional development and support and of course fabulous clients and DOGS :)

We’re very lucky to have this amazing facility in our local area. Monty has been going since the early days and loves it so much!



I have been very impressed with how the team and business has developed and diversified to offer more amazing facilities. I have so much faith and trust in them which is hard not to have when they strive to achieve only the highest standards and at home time your dog comes bouncing out so happy to see you and falls asleep as soon as they get home dreaming about how much fun they’ve had with their friends!



We regularly use day care and have also used the field group run a few times which is a great new addition. The K9 Swim sessions during the summer were also a fab opportunity to get in the pool with your dog and see how much they love getting wet in the safe hands of professional trainers.



Everything is so professional and goes the extra mile, from being able to log in to the cameras and see the fun the dogs are having to the report cards and photos at the end of the day! Really can’t rate this place high enough!

WOW!! I'm so happy to have found Willow Tree I can't praise enough how wonderful the dedicated members of staff are, my dog is safe, well looked after and loved by all members of this amazing team !!! But most of all Buddy thoroughly enjoys his day with all his doggy friends, he is always excitable to go and exhausted when he returns. I love reading his report card! I've made many recommendations and will continue to do so!!

Our young puppy Teddy thoroughly enjoys his days here. His confidence has grown with all the care from the staff & socialising with the other pups and dogs. Teddy is so excited when we arrive and always looks to be having great fun. The webcam and photos show what a great adventure he has. On the days that he attends, he is so exhausted that he comes home and sleeps. We receive great advice from the staff and they are always happy to see Teddy. We were very lucky to have someone recommend such wonderful daycare.

Our little miniature schnauzer, Frank, absolutely loves spending time with his friends at Willow Tree. The staff are all lovely and caring and it’s clear they love being with the dogs as much as the dogs love being with them. We cannot believe how lucky we’ve been to have found such an amazing place; it quite simply couldn’t be any better.

My puppy's first groom was amazing, I picked up a happy, cooler handsome boy. I will definitely be returning and recommend using your grooming service. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and managed to make a very nervous new to grooming owner delighted with the result. ��

My little Cookie had her first half day in Willow Tree doggy day care today she loved it. Such a nice place and lovely people. I must say Cookie has been dosing all afternoon I have one sleepy sausage dog. :)

My Wife, Castro and I can not rate you guys highly enough. Puppy Academy really helped us to bond with our little adopted fur child, and each lesson was fun, engaging and left us with practical homework tasks which Castro loved. We are already looking forward to taking Puppy University and taking the little dudes skills to the next level :-)

I took my tiny rescue dog here today for his first proper grooming session i was so worried because i knew he would be frightened... The lady was fantastic with him i will be taking him back and the dogs in day care were having so much fun in there paddling pools they looked so happy . Lovely place and lovely staff. Thank you �

I sent my two dogs in for a bit of pampering at The Groom Room as they were both in need of a bath and brush. They came out looking great. The staff are super friendly, chatty & gave my dogs lots of attention as soon as they arrived. They gave each of dog a little bow for their harness, which I thought was a nice touch. Would recommend The Groom Room to anyone �

I couldn't recommend Willow Tree enough! It's everything and more you could want in dog care!! Bobby absolutely LOVES this place, drags me through the door, has so much fun and comes home exhausted!! I have zero worries about his care when he is there, the staff are amazing and dog crazy! Love watching him on camera and love the report cards! I think the dogs get more than a kiddy nursery lol what an amazing job you've done to create this place �

I can't recommend the Willow Tree enough, Georgina and all her lovely staff work incredibly hard and have so much love for the dogs. My dog had her first day at the daycare today which she absolutely loved and I was able to watch through the webcam, and also had a report card at the end of the day- lovely touch. What a fantastic way to get dogs to socialise with other dogs, and have the best care and love from staff as if the dogs were their own. Hired the field today for the first time for my dog Teddy, it’s perfect for him. He needs a good run around but isn’t very good off the lead. Very secure and well equipped.

Highly recommended and will 100% be using again �

Great facilities and people who really care. Our dog has so much fun there, she comes home absolutely exhausted after a long hard day of play! All dogs who stay there are carefully vetted so they are all good natured. I have no hesitation in recommending Willow Tree.

Finding the Willow Tree was the best thing we could have done for our dog. We have been nothing but impressed with the staff, their dedication to the dogs and the care that is put into running the daycare. It is amazing how they know every single dog so well, what they like and dislike and who their friends are. We have a very energetic dog and work long hours so she absolutely loves her visits. She races in for a day of fun with her friends and it is amazing to be able to leave her somewhere that we know she will be safe and happy. Through her days there she has practised agility, played ball, had water play and many field zoomy walks! But more than that, Willow tree have thrown a Halloween party, celebrated Christmas and dogs' birthdays. She comes home a tired and content dog and that is so comforting for working doggy owners to see.

The staff have always been so friendly to us and when we first enquired spent a lot of time reassuring us and breaking us all into the routine gently. I really feel reassured at how thoroughly they assess every dog to make sure they are safe and compatible to join and they aren't worried about turning a dog away if it wasn't suitable to join. It keeps the dogs safer and sociable. Plus there are the daily updates and photos - so we can see for ourselves what our dog has done in the day. These little touches make the Willow Tree community and again, reassure and ease doggy owners.

They are flexible and incredibly responsive to bookings and queries.

They have brilliantly controlled off lead field runs (which are priceless for our zero recall skills, lurcher!); mixed with countless amounts of beds, toys & cuddles and you have the perfect recipe for a fun filled day for your pooch!

The report cards at the end of each day are hilariously written and the cameras prevent me from doing any work - keeping an eye on Larry and his pals is addictive!

Quite simply, The Willow Tree put the "care" into doggy Day Care.

Fantastic place with a dedicated team who live for dogs and will go out of their way to help you in whatever way they can , I recommend this lovely warm friendly team any day. �

Fantastic place to have your dog groomed etc, just had our boy zeek given the full works by the lovely friendly ladies who work there considering he's a large gsd and has never experienced this environment before we we're told he was the perfect gentleman,I must say they have done a fantastic job on him and he smells beautiful and Will definitely be going back !!! also thank you for donating this prize to rudis auction.

Couldn't find a better place to look after our Labrador Henry. He is very well looked after and has loads of fun with his friends when he visits. Which you can see on cameras via an app. He comes home happy and worn out. He loves his time there.
