After spending many years in the childcare industry and running my own successful childminding business, I soon realised that there simply wasn't enough time to create well thought out resources. I needed resources that kept up with the ever growing and changing imaginations of our little thinkers, and struggled to find a provider that was not only within my price range but that also could customise to meet my needs.
This has prompted me to make a change. I aim to offer affordable resources that will inspire and capture young minds. Not only to childcare settings but to parents and families too. I want to take the strain out of parents, childcare providers and school teachers daily lives making resources at home. Let me do all of that for you while you spend time with your families.
Having used lots of these resources within my own setting and furthermore with my child at home, I know just how successful they can be.
I am focusing on creating natural and stimulating resources which are hand made to order. Nothing is too much trouble. A simple message for anything you want customising in my store is doable.

What a brilliant afternoon learning about pollution in our oceans!!! I've been totally inspired this week! Earlier in the week we joined a beach clean which has lead to a lot more knowledge and understanding on the topic! So setting up these trays seemed fitting! I set these up with the intention to make a beautiful ocean themed scene with various sets of peg dolls. Then once the play had progressed it was time to introduce pollution of various kinds!!! I let Amber see the ...effects on the 'ocean' and compare it to her previous set up.... Such a great activity! Coupled with informative books and stories we've had a brilliant time playing! This will be ongoing as I know this has hit a nerve with Amber as she's a little animal activist. To now understand we are causing harm in more ways than one will get her thinking and questioning so much more 💙

Take a look at this wonderful set up by Terri!! She's going further to introduce plastic pollution to this once they've played without to see what they think, how they react, and to find out what solutions they can come up with! So many great environmental lessons here 😍😍

Who Loves sensory play!?? It's a big hands up in this household!! Even at 7yrs old Amber loves sensory play!! We've covered many areas of learning by combining her interest in a topic with her love of sensory!! Today we've been learning about continents.. After completing an Usborne jigsaw Amber was asking so many questions about various parts of the world, putting into perspective just how small our country was.. I set her up a quick continents replica map using sand, glitt...er and beads, adding some of her favourite little toy animals (some of our pegs too of course) to show their native countries. Such a fab learning experience! This tray will continue to be played with all week for various other things too such as spellings, art and small world.

I've had a few requests for Superheros in the past. Here are some sets I've completed for a custom order. These won't be regularly stocked in store as they take more time than I'd like to complete. I made some extra sets so they are in store now. Once they are gone they are gone for a while 💛💙 More customs to complete this week and then I'll be working on my first monthly box of goodies ready for July 😊
💚 UPDATE 💚 After I've completed my ongoing custom orders I'm not going to take on any more for a while as I'm going to take the time to focus on plans I've had for a while now... everything in store will still be available, just no customising.

So many beautiful items in the shop. It’s difficult to choose. Every thing we’ve bought has been hand crafted with the most attention to detail. Absolutely gorgeous peg dolls perfect for imaginative play. Plenty of loose parts to be used in any way the littlies see fit. Love the slime too, it’s a winner in this house!!!!

I got the gruffalo set along with the felt may, they only arrived today and already my boys have had so much fun with them along with their friends. The older boys looked thru the story and acted it out with the peg people while my younger son acted out what he knew from memory. Definitely a great addition to our toys xx
I bought my little boy some wooden volcanoes and hills to add to his wooden train set and he loves them.They are very well made and will obviously last a long time
