Had fun working with a joiner to design and he rhej make these beds out of scaffold boards. Usb charging point, tv point and usb charging adds to the modern cons too! I LOVE throws and soft furnishings to give it that cosy welcoming feel. ❤️

I went full time in property in February 2018 even though I had no money to buy property.

Sad to hear and see the back story of a house that’s part of a bankruptcy. I can’t do anything about the situation that’s happening however I can see if I can create a new home for people in currently an abandoned property.

If you’re doing change of use and increasing the sq ft of a site a cost factor you may need to consider is the instruction of a topographical survey.
With this 2 building site in a primarily commercial area where we are intending to develop residential units
... The scope of works includes: Plotting the site boundary and spot site levels Plotting the existing building footprints Pick up existing floor levels Plotting the floor plates (Two floors and one attic. pick up false and original ceiling heights. Plotting the existing building eaves and ridge heights Plotting the neighbouring existing building eaves and ridge heights Plotting the internal configuration of the building Plotting the elevations and external configuration of the building Plotting eaves and ridge heights of adjacent buildings Plotting the location of items such as inspection chambers, services, trees etc. Plotting the level of the adjacent walls / embankments within the red line
Ridge and eaves heights would be shown to existing and adjacent buildings and drainage would be investigated to provide invert level and pipe size information. With regard to the measured building survey, fully detailed floor plans showing all walls, stairs, door and window apertures, fittings etc, would be shown to the two main floors, roof space and basement of Catherine House. Fully detailed elevations would be drawn to each external façade showing all corbelling, window fenestration, rainwater goods, entrances etc. and pertinent cross-section information would be drawn.
