Fully refurbished set of diamond cut Mercedes cla45 amg. Looking good in matt

Love this New Copper colour

Thought this diamond cut Mercedes wheel was beyond repair due very deep kerb damages. We did our best and I think come up very well. Wheel had to be welded to build up new surface for curling.

Last week we have refurbished set of 20" jaguar XJ alloys. All badly kerbed. All 4 wheels were buckled so we had to straight them. Once straightened alloys were stripped to bare metal and prepared for painting. Next step was diamond cutting. Last stage was applying lacquer, Letting wheels cool down, fit tyres and balance and back on car.

These late 80s Pontiac transAm alloys was not an easy task. Very difficult wheels to do. Took long time to make them look like that but is very rewarding.

Must say... we have seen lots od strange things but this is very unusual. Customer picked that up on public road

Few more recent jobs Jaguar bbs split rims, wheels complitely disassembled, barrels painted silver and fronts finished in anthracite gray, all bolts cleaned with wire brush and reassembled.
Also some Porsche wheels done in bright silver and another set of split rims from bmw z3 all in silver

A bit tired Mercedes SL500 amg wheels received new look. Fully stripped powdercoated with Mercedes graphite, cutted on our cnc machine and lacquered. Tyres fitted back and balanced.
