I know when you see personal trainer a lot of people will think of hard one to one sessions, making you feel sick. That's not all i am as a personal trainer. I can design bespoke training sessions designed for you around the things that you enjoy and will ultimately help you achieve your goals. I am a friend as well as a personal trainer that will help you through it one step at a time. I am very passionate about this job and i enjoy seeing people achieve there goals.

That box just kept getting higher and higher, but it was a great weekend @therainhilltrials great day testing myself. 2 years since I last took the floor at Rainhill. Last time was 36th in rastrick this time was 24th in Kennedy. Really happy with my performance. Well the Rainhill seeding are in 🥺. This time 2 years ago I found out I was sitting 36th in rastrick. Pretty happy with myself ( i had only been doing CrossFit for 6 months). Opened the email this morning to find I am sat 18th in Kennedy. Well that’s progression for you. Nervous is an understatement. I haven’t done an individual comp in 2 years. Well the scores are in. Really strange was checking through my pictures. It will be pretty much exactly 2 years since I did rain hill let’s see if I can do a bit better than last time (36 in rastrick I had only been crossfitting 6 months haha) fingers crossed @therainhilltrials need to get some practise in. This time of year there is a lot of this going around. “Don’t worry about training” “eat what you want” “all you need is this magic drink”. Few things wrong with this. Spoiler alert it doesn’t work and here is why! 1. “Don’t worry about training” - now in principal you don’t NEED to train to lose weight, but if you want to maintain any sort of shape to your body (muscle) then you will need to train. Also at some point you are going to level out and need to find that extra li...ttle bit to help keep that calorie deficit. 2. “Eat what you want” - sadly if this was true you would already be losing weight. What you are eating is giving you the body you have. If it’s not the body you want you will need to change something. Some magic pink drink isn’t going to stop you reaching for the cookies late at night. 3. “All you need is this magic drink” - what you actually need is a calorie deficit, if you are looking to lose weight. What you don’t need is the over priced coffee, juice or shake that this person is GETTING PAID to sell. If you don’t buy it they don’t make any money. So of course they are going to tell you it is the best thing in the world.
Let me leave you with this. With the obesity epidemic that we have, if all these drinks did what they said they do, then Why aren’t the prescribed on the NHS ( hint, they don’t work). #sorrynotsorry #harshtruth #education #caloriedeficit #trainhard #lookgood #getyours #sadtruthofinsta #

Two weeks in and loving the programming. Tony mixes it up so I can workout at home or while travelling or at the gym and having to be accountable is making me pick much better food choices. Loving having the support to push me on and motivate me. I open the programming app with a combination of fear and excitement each day to see what he has in store for me!

Tony is an awesome guy always positive and helpful.

Tony turns what might seem like a workout into something fun while getting you the results you want at the same time. Totally recommend him he’s become a friend over the time iv worked with him while still pushing me to work harder.

Tony has written a full workout routine which fits in perfectly with my schedule with my workout goals in mind. Can't wait to get into the gym and give it a try. We're also starting on a nutrition plan so Tony is definitely enthusiastic on making me the fittest and healthiest I can be.

My brother and myself have been using a routine that was looked over and customised for what we want. It's an interesting routine and it's challenging. Perfect for what we want. We are getting good results and are dropping body fat and putting a few pounds in per week. Great for people who struggle to put weight on.

I have been training with Tony on a one to one basis for 5 weeks now and love it! Tony tailors every exercise to what you want to achieve and tweaks each one if need be. Tony has a lovely manner and is very motivational. It's not just great physically but also mentally!



I also attend his Boot Camp every Monday and never thought I would enjoy it but it's great and because it's short bursts and Tony mixes up the exercises every week you don't get bored.
