Will I get a good workout with my child(ren) Many people think that because you have your children with you that it won't be a good workout....
Perception v Reality Thought the idea sounded fab but wasn't sure how it would work & what marcie would think and thought she would be hanging off my leg. The class was much harder than I thought it would be and I left feeling like I'd had a great workout. She cried for first half of class but was fine when she got used to it & has be...en ever since.
Reality - Great classes, fab workout. Shirley is lovely, very friendly & accommodating. You don't have to leave kids in the buggy & feel guilty for doing so. They can enjoy themselves and play and meet new friends. All the other mams are lovely too. Couldn't recommend enough!!

To be able to exercise without having to rely on babysitters is brilliant. The routine is fab and there are plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained.
This class is a fantastic workout for mums with little or no childcare. Shirley gives you an excellent workout with guidance and support throughout so you work at your own pace as your fitness improves. I've been going for around 5 weeks now and I've seen a huge difference in muscle tone and fitness only doing two classes a week! My kids play really well whilst I work out with lots of toys to play with and my eldest joins in with some of the exercises too, she really enjoys coming with me. Highly recommended x
Shirley is a brilliant instructor and the classes are always unique. The classes are hard work but easy to follow and I feel stronger and fitter already and I have only been going 6 weeks.
Really enjoyed this class, aching all over so can tell it will work! Best thing was I didn't have to find a babysitter as the little ones play while you work out. Fab class with a lovely instructor
My little boy is 18months old and he loves these sessions just as much as I do. Shirley is fantastic at keeping an eye on the kids so that mams can make the most of the workouts. I was so unfit on the first session but I can gradually feel myself getting better every time. The sessions are tough but I would recommend them to everyone, no matter what your fitness levels are, just do what you can and youโll make progress. I wish Iโd joined sooner!
Love these classes so much. Been going for a year and a half now and I've never felt as good as I do. Shirley is amazing at what she does and so lovely, she looks after every person in the class and is always offering advise and info to everyone. My little boy comes to every class and there's so much toys and other kids to play with that he loves it. I just can't recommend these classes enough. It works. X
Just had my first class this morning and loved it. Will defiantly be back for more well when I can walk again, legs still like jelly.
If your looking for excersize that fits in with your children this is the class. Take your little one with you whilst you work out. Shirley is fab and works you to your own limit x
Just completed 8 weeks of the classes. I can honestly say that the classes are brilliantly structured. Every class is different you get a work out all over with amazing results. I feel stronger and fitter. Exercising has never been so easy as I can bring my daughter to play. She loves the classes too. Everyone is really supportive and friendly! Shirley is really supportive and I think that everyone should give her classes a go. Yes they are hard but they are so worth it!!

Into my 3rd week at the classes! I was unsure of how I would cope as never exercised in my life but the support off Shirley has been amazing ! . She's keeps me right and makes me believe I can do things when I think I can't . My son has settled in well and not having to find a baby sitter is great ! . I'm 100 % keeping up the classes as I'm starting to feel a lot healthier In myself and I would highly recommend this class to anyone
I felt a bit apprehensive about getting back into exercise after having the baby, but Shirley really fills you with confidence! She gave me lots of alternative exercises throughout the class, so I got a tough workout without putting too much stress on my post-baby abs. A lovely friendly class and great for the kids too. Thanks Shirley x

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
Having done boot camps etc before I wasn't sure this would be tough enough with having kids in tow, but it's as easy or as hard as you wanna make it,Shirley can push you to your limits or scale things down to suit your individual fitness level and needs, I'm only into my 2nd week but have felt major Doms after each session so the work outs are defiantly working! And Georgia loves it !
Great workout with the added bonus of being able to bring your little ones along! Perfect :)
Great class. Hard work but good for calorie burning and felt like I got a proper workout. The kids were happy playing with all the toys. Thanks very much.
First day at TTT and even though I have no energy I loved it and so did peyton.. Will defo be going back!! XXXX
First class back yesterday after a long time of being lazy loved it glad to be back great instructor and lovely bunch of girls I'm sore today but in a good way x
