Having a mobile business is awesome. I've had the opportunity to set up my book shop in some really awesome places this past year. It's also given me the opportunity to see friends and meet new people while "working". It never feels like work though!

ūüéČūüŹÜReward and recognition are important motivators. I love that Usborne rewards it's leaders with a trip to a posh hotel, with training, good food and wine for 2 days. After leaving my career in higher education, I missed the professional development opportunities. Now I have them again!
