Within 15mins my daughter landed on her ankle and was in pain, manager (sorry didn’t catch your name) couldn’t have been better... iced her foot gave her an ice cream and money off vouchers for next time...I wouldn’t hesitate to bring her back when her ankle is healed (soft tissue damage nice and black). Went here with my son and his friend for the toddler Star Wars day. The staff were excellent. Amy even got up and joined in with them when they were unsure about the balance bar. Luke was amazing and helped them around the assault course. They even made sure chewbacca made an appearance even though I don't think he was planning on showing as it was a really hot day. The kids were estatic!!! Thank you so much.

We went to the toddler session - it was amazing! The staff are incredible.. very professional and ready to entertain small children. The guest appearance of the monkey made my little girls’ day. We will go again!!

We went here on 23rd April after school for my son's 8th Birthday it was nice and quiet and they absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing with the kids especially Luke and Jordan. They were very friendly and got involved with playing games with them, it made there trip here that little bit more special. Very professional friendly place which is super clean and airy we will definitely be returning.

We just had my son's 7th birthday party here and I would thoroughly recommend it. The service from all the staff, especially Courtney (our party host) were absolutely fantastic which made the party experience so easy and hassle free. All the kids said that "it was the best party ever!" when they left so it's an absolute winner �.

We have spent this evening at Jump Arena in Gateshead and I felt I just HAD to comment. The duty Manager Luke, and his colleague Jordan, were second to none. The service was absolutely exceptional and I couldn’t fault one bit. They played with our kids, 4 and 5, they joked, interacted, as well as preparing a delicious pizza and chatting with other customers. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly, kind and just generally wonderful. We will definitely be back if for no other reason but the amazing service! Thank you.

We booked to jump for my daughters birthday as a family of 5, which then extended to our whole family joining us. I can’t thank James enough for helping us turn this into a party with pizza after in the party booth. We all had a fab time and a great birthday afternoon.

We especially love the variation in jumping activities and that we have children age 12,5 & 2 and we could do an activity all age groups could be involved in at the same time. Thank you

We booked a family ticket for mad uncle and 3 kids. They all had a cracking time with drinks and a quality pizza to share between them. The venue was great and the staff were spot on � would go back here before going back to our regular venue over the river.

Took two friends and my two little ones today for the first time and toddler jump was amazing! So good for them to get a chance to enjoy it without having to worry about the older kids. I think us adults may have enjoyed it just as much �



The staff were friendly and approachable, Jordan was fantastic with the kids as was the monkey that came to jump for a while � thanks also to the young lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name) that took my little boy to high five the monkey as he wasn’t sure what to make of him at first!

My son had his 11th birthday at jump arena yesterday and had a great time. The staff were brill, organising games, sorting out the cake and food. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back soon

My daughter watched the video and got really upset and wouldn’t go on the trampolines in fear of breaking her leg ! Arron the manager was amazing with her and put her at ease and went on every part with her to make her confident ! - B4 he came over we were ready to leave because of the tears but he saved the day and we will come back again because of the kind hearted staff - thanks James and Arron

Just taken my little boy and neice here for the toddler session and its such good fun. the staff are so good with kids (especially Jordan) who played with our kids most of the time and they left so happy!! We had a cheeky go on the Zorb balls too and would defo recommended ��

I took my 2 year old (and had my newborn in a sling) to a weekday 10am toddler session and he loved it. The staff were all so brilliant with the toddlers - super friendly. Also one of them entertained them all with amazing tricks and games and things...proper good extra service! Definitely will go back!

I took my 10 yr old daughter to jump arena Gateshead last night and just wanted to say that all the staff were friendly and helpful ...and an extra thank you to James who was really good with my daughter. I will definately recommend it to family and friends thxs

I go here a lot with my 3 year old , he loves it - they often have fun characters on too during the toddler sessions . The staff are always friendly and great with the kids , the drinks and snacks are very reasonable too .

Manager is excellent, always very attentive and professional .

Had a fab 7th birthday party today - made extra special by the efforts of the staff particularly party host, Courtney. We were made to feel really welcome and the staff were attentive in helping us get settled in the party area and responding quickly to anything we asked for. Was lovely to be handed a coffee and have armfuls of bags taken off me by the manager! Kids had a great time. Thanks.
