Visited Alan for the second time today after being with my old hairdresser for 20 years. Lots of people commented on the colour and the quality of cut. Alan and his team give you individual attention, advice and styling. I would highly recommend .

Twelve central is fab. It is my one thing I do for me and they make me time wonderful. I have never been disappointed with my hair, the company, or the offer of drinks available. They take the time to make you feel special and human again.

Twelve Central my go to place ... for a Pick me up ..Feel good factor .. and come out looking Fabulous. Recently I had the works.... hair curled and styled followed by a Make Over ( by Leila ) thank you.. using fabulous products applying Lashes to die for .. and WOW !! came away looking and feeling Absolutely Awesome.. Alan and Leila are very welcoming and chatty people who make your experience one that will have you going back again and again even if it is just for that coffee (yes it’s that good)

I followed Alan from his Sunderland Salon many years ago when he relocated....so that says something about his talent ..I do an 80 mile round trip to Twelve Central every 6 weeks!!!

My hair is in fantastic condition and permanently coloured, I always invest in recommended salon products and think it certainly shows!! I receive compliments on my hair and people think I am naturally blonde which is far from the truth as my natural colour is dark brown!!! �. I look forward to my visits, Alan is a very talented stylist and makes great coffee too!! � �

Alan never,ever fails to deliver!! He is by far,the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to(no disrespect meant to any other hairdresser I’ve been to). Alan just ‘gets my hair’! I usually go into Twelve Central with a bit of an idea how I want my hair-then Alan builds on that and always makes my hair look amazing!! He always listens to your views,then gives you his expert knowledge-but you’ll never leave feeling disappointed-cheers Alan!!!! Ps can I come in for a trim on Sunday? ���
