A wonderful Summer Evening Reception and Open Garden is being hosted by Charles and Tina Enderby of The Riding, Acomb. There will be a string quartet, a vintage stall, raffle and canapes by Saathi. Tickets £15pp (or £25 for two) includes welcome drink, canapes and £5 donation to Tynedale Hospice at Home.

It was a huge honour to be chosen as the charity for the 30th Anniversary Wark Charity Lunch held in May. Two full sittings of the Wark Village Hall were served with a banquet of delights. Word is that all five desserts were amazing! A huge thank you to an amazing team for raising £3680. This could pay for over 60 hours of nursing care in the patient's home or fund the entire hospital transport service for a whole month!
