UD are second to none when it comes to customer service, as can be said for most companies when things are running smoothly. It is when things are not going well that you separate the men from the boys. The first two trips we booked with UD hit some serious problems, neither of which were their fault in any way, shape or form. The way they dealt with these issues was seriously impressive, so much so that we have since travelled with them three times, with a fourth trip booked in August and plans for another next year.

Massive Thank you Undiscovered Destinations. We have spend the most amazing 2 weeks in Sri Lanka travelling with our 6 year old son. The adventure has been incredible, the itinerary set for us has given us the most wonderful wildlife, train journeys, tea plantations, and the best of memories. Every aspect has been well planned and our needs catered for. Thank you.
