Loved our day out at Vectis yesterday, as normal everyone up there was so friendly and helpful - worth the long trip up from the South coast! 🙂

I'm using the services of Vectis from few years ago and I'm really happy customer. I just want to advise if possible to put an information about the weight of bigger lots at lot's description. Single item lots are easy to estimate, but large lots with various stuff inside is too unpredictable and causes problems with determination of shipping cost, especially for people abroad. Is it possible to do that?
