The voyager is an excellent music venue and a lovely atmosphere the manager very kindly puts delicious free food on in the interval on a Sunday it was well worth our 20 miles round trip.

Prob one if not best pubs in South Shields. Always fantastic bands on, first class staff. Terry, Michelle and Gill run a friendly, sociable pub with top quality drinks. Well worth my 200mile round trip.

Popped in for some dinner 2day the food was great well worth the money definitely be goin again. Defo recommend to any1 2try ☺

First time in The Voyager Last Night, nice warm friendly pub, helpful bar staff and a Great Live Music venue offering all kinds of bands to keep everyone happy

Excellent pub! Being a 'band wife' I've been to a fair few music pubs but this is defo one of my favs. Not only is there a great atmosphere but the friendliness off the staff is second to none. Always a pleasure to spend an evening here �

Called in to see the nephew playing on New Year's Eve, what a great place, excellent for bands, good beer and free snacks, what more can you ask, we will be back.

Best craic ever. Fun bar. The venue is a great size for private parties. The outdoor area is clean and also quite large. A great range of drinks. Staff very nice too.

Been going to the voyager since the 80's. always been a good down to earth pub. Nowt fancy but a genuine atmosphere. Many good times spent here over the years

Really good band on and all the staff were very friendly and efficient never waited more than two minutes to be served...., impressive considering the mount of people in there that night

Next to the Welcome,the Voyager is a great music venue,and very friendly,well worth a visit,supporting live music.

Lovely friendly staff and customers..very relaxed atmosphere..havnt tried the food yet ..but looks good when it passes..love the Saturday craft fayre when we have a few cheeky ones and the stall holders are really lovely and friendly as well
