Relive the cinematic magic of these classic films at Vue:
Went to see the Greatest Showman Sing-a-Long with the kids but had to leave after half an hour as my little one became very poorly and needed a doctor. The staff were very kind and gave us both a complimentary ticket to use in the future. Couldnāt fault the service. Thank you!
We went to see the live showing of the opera Tosca from The Royal Opera House Covent Garden. It was wonderful and we feel so lucky to have all these big screen events in Hartlepool. Thank you
Very good clean place friendly staff value for money Iāll definitely be going back. My first visit very impressed Seating was comfortable too.The sound was a little loud for me thoughš¤š¤
Very clean lovely staff comfortable seats and very reasonably priced tickets and no over priced snacks like other cinemas ļæ½ļæ½ļæ½ļæ½ļæ½
Thank you to the honest member of staff who found my son's IPhone tonight and called us so we could collect it. It was lost yesterday lunch time. I have a very happy teenager who is very grateful to you! ļæ½
Spent just under Ā£21.00 for 3 food/drink items and 1 adult and 1 child admission for Peter Rabbit (which was very funny by the way and kept me hyperactive 5 year old daughters attention from start to finish), good visit.
Love it š me and the kids always there.great value for money clean and comfortable
I love coming here. The staff are friendly and its nice to just relax with friends and enjoy the film I'm watching.
I like how vue only charge Ā£4.99 to watch films.only thing I can say is the toilets need to be cleaned & checked regularly.
Had my first visit to this cinema last night, it was nicely set out, clean, had friendly staff and comfortable seats. Will definitely return.
Great theatre with very comfortable seating and excellent value for money. Only recently discovered the Vue at Hartlepool with being Stockton residents but I can highly recommend this cinema. You can book online with reserved seating and an easy ticket collection. When we went there was a big queue for food and ticket collection which may put people off. Clean theatres great vision and sound too. Parking can be difficult on busy nights as there is a bingo hall nearby along with various fast food outlets that can be busy so allow time for finding a parking spot, that said we managed to park in the car park next to the cinema.
Great pictures and for the price you canāt go wrong, highly recommend
Great going to the vue , lovely staff , clean cinema room but best of all great prices better than other cinemas .
Great cinema and only Ā£5 to get in is an absolute bargain. Would recommend to anyone.
Great cinema , just wish some of the blockbuster movies were on during the day ! Each cinema screen is very comfortable! Price entrance is great , but more seats in the lobby while your waiting to get into the screen auditorium and brighten the place up when you enter !
Excellent staff and facilities only negative would be more staff needed at front of house to help queue go quicker.
Excellent cinema. Much better sound than Showcase and Cineworld and great value for money. Easy to get parked and worth the extra few miles travel.
Can't fault this place at all, it's the only one we go to now.
At a fiver a ticket you can't go wrong, especially if you throw in a meerkat movies code on top. Snacks great value for money too
Always a great visit, friendly staff & other than the popcorn the food is lovely š
2001: A Cinematic Odyssey - Restored In All It's Monolithic Beauty ļæ½ what a show.
Thanks to The Chief & the lovely staff at Vue for one of the best movie nights ever!ļæ½ļæ½
Very good value to get in and very clean, my only gripe was the prices for sweets and pop for the kids , really expensive
Really good cinema, very impressed, friendly staff, nice facilities, think this will be my local from now on.
I love this cinema it's by favourite one in teesside. My only bugbear is when there are long queues and all tills are serving food so your stuck for ages when you only want cinema tickets.. surely a till used just for cinema tickets only would reduce the queues a little... other than that... fab cinema
Yet again the tango ice blast machine does not work they only ever have one running no self service ticket machines and not been asked where we want to sit in the VIP seats I wish they would start to do healthier snacks as I'm allergic to half the things on offer
Ticket prices are ok but the price of food is for too expensive, over Ā£5 for a hotdog I know a profit has to be made but Ā£5 is so over priced.
So disapointed ive been to vue roughly 4-5 time over the past month and each time ive came the iceblast machine is out of order. There should be signs stating this so we dont have to stand in que to be told we cant have one when we get to the till. Sort it out vue ice blasts make the cinema experience more enjoyable
Prebooked tickets as this offered a choice of seats and being able to skip the longer ticket line where food is also served, yet this wasnāt the case and had to wait in the same line anyway, no point prebooking I guess, others than that everything was good
Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the temperature problem we freezing when we went on then heating was blasted for 10 mins just before film started which made it far too hot then it was turned off so I was freezing all through the film. Shouldn't be too hard to control the temperature to a moderate level
Its about time the full place got a refurbishment,itās looking old and not very well layed out now.
Went to see Early Man with the family today. It was cold and we had a draught on us through the entire movie. We had to ask for someone to get off their phone, he was fine about it and a kid but the adult sat in front of us (who should know better) checking his bets through the entire movie spoilt it for all of us. There were lights from mobile phones everywhere. Where are the staff checking to make sure nothing untoward is going on. Completely shocking and when we complained all we got was 'well we are busy'. Very disappointing and I will not return.
The amount of subtitled showings is absolutely appalling, especially when it comes to newly released films . A number of subtitled performances should be shown thought the weeks not just on set days. Please change this .
Good value for money only cost Ā£4.99 but the past 3 times Iāve been never have any ice blasts apparently āmachine isnāt readyā even though itās nearly 6pm at night & the staffs attitudes are awful no apology nothing just itās not my fault itās not working. Come quite regular but after today Iād rather pay the extra few quid and go somewhere the staff donāt have attitude problems.
Food excellent and the staff are friendly. The only thing that let it down is the celling lights were illuminated through out the whole film, which we thought ruined the experience of being at the cinema. Also the film didnāt seem to be as loud as most others, we could hear everything above the film even people whispering quite a few rows behind.
why cant you call the cinema direct if items have been lost? Vue need to supply direct numbers to cinemas if need to contact instead of stupid computer voice - how frustrating - my mother in law visited today with the grand kids and a purse has been lost - this is urgent and the only contact is via email!
Went today for the ten o clock showing of hotel transylvania 3, got to the cinema for 9:40 and at 10:05, still hadn't been served.
Left and went elsewhere to watch the movie. Not sure if I'll go back, if the staff are that slow
Used this cinema for years but recently had a parking charge after using it and having a meal next door a Pizza Hut . Neither of these businesses are interested in helping me fight this charge as they have already had my cash .
As a multiple repeat customer I find this disgusting and I will never use them again.
Dalton park cineworld will get my custom from now on ļæ½
Terrible customer service , ordered family all inclusive package for family of four , no hot dogs available , didnāt get our moneyās worth . Spoke to manager not very helpful.
Not a very experience got told to move from other people that were sat in the wrong seats and also the nachos werenāt very nice the sauce is really spicy even though I asked for the cheese sauce only and had to wait 40 minutes for a hot dog but the film was really good (peter rabbit) the kids loved it
