What a fantastic place to see a film we went in collected our prepaid tickets easily from the machine got our popcorn and drinks at a reasonable price and found that the seats were really comfortable even though we hadn't gone for the larger seats

Had a good night watching mama Mia fab film been to this cinema loads to see different movies and never had any problems but never buy food or drink as it’s too expensive take my own but love having a cinema in cramlington

Great customer service- asked about the possibility of an extension for the car park and was given a voucher to place on the car. This allowed us to have lunch and watch the movie without worrying about getting a car parking ticket. The cinema itself was comfortable, sat in the back row in screen 8 whereby we could have 4 seats together. Whilst there, found out about cheaper prices on a Monday so will very definitely return once the school holidays are over. As a first time user of Vue was very happy but the only thing not keen on was the overwhelming smell of popcorn in the foyer.

Firstly we should support our local cinema. Staff are friendly and facilities are faultless. Yes food is expensive but it is at all cinemas. I hear all cinemas are turning a blind eye when you bring your own food in these days, to help get bums in seats etc.

Been going at least once a week since it opened, and love the place. The extreme experience is phenomenal for the big blockbusters.

I always book online, and collect at the card points.

I never buy the food or drink, as its way overpriced.

But other than that, cant fault Vue.

The VIP seats are lovely & comfy but the place is mostly empty.

Prices for tickets, food & drink need to decrease to get bums in seats.

You also need to advertise the extra parking time you can offer to extend the 4 hours that is stupidly enforced.

Real treat going to the movies to watch Peter Rabbit.

Super screen and sound, very comfy seats.

Staff at desk a bit distracted and gossipy huddles, very young and lacked a "good service" experience.

However they are young and cheap to employ, overall I loved the watching experience and will definitely go again.

No problems with service n venue, but toilets and corridor dirty, bins spilling over n food even overflowing in bins in toilets!! No soap in dispensers n toilets dirty! Litter in main corridor, obvious no staff available to clean in between films !! This is the first time I have noticed this, hopefully one off??�

It's close it's clean ice cream is to die for.

I go every week with my niece on a Monday through the day, very quiet.

Discounted on Mondays if you apply for a code from their internet page.

Half price, same code, no end date, Mondays only, just give code when buying tickets.

I enjoy having a local cinema with the latest movies and good kids a.m. holidays and wk ends yes the food and drinks etc are a bit pricey but it’s easy to take your own enjoyed a family seven of us yesterday watching the latest marvel movie had a great time

Went with a meerkat voucher so price wasn't bad for the two of us. The food is ridiculously expensive. £3.49 for a bag of malteasers but it's £3.89 for a teen box which includes drink, popcorn and bar of chocolate so much better value for money. We were early for the film by an hr so sat in main seating area There was a lot of litter in there n popcorn spilt on tables n floors n bins full yet 4 members of staff stood at the ticket checking area talking for a good 30mins. They could have emptied bins n cleaned area in 10mins if all helped n still went back n carried on with there chat.

Went to see black panther in screen 3 lovely and clean but when i went to use the toilets the bin was overflowing with rubbish all over floor and most toilets didnt have any toilet roll in!! very little staff about!!

The venue always feels a bit impersonal, even unnerving because of its lack of staff, its a big empty void. The few staff there are pleasant. But sadly seems to be run on a shoe string.

However seems clean, good seats and sound for movies.

I managed to walk into a wall (true!) For lack of guidence lights or staff into the theatre.

The cinema in itself is great and I couldn’t fault the auditorium however, it would be good if you could put up a clear price list for the snacks/food etc.

I would like to know just how much I’m going to be ripped off for my nachos before I’ve stood and waited ages in the queue! The only information on clear view was for the combos and as I didn’t want a drink, I didn’t know how much I was going to have to pay. I queried why their wasn’t a price list with the guy serving and he just shrugged and said he didn’t know!

I get free tickets and I think the food is pretty good . There is never anyone manning the desk so I just walk straight down. It’s clean but a few time I’ve come early in the morning and the bins in the bathrooms are overflowing. Shouldn’t this be done at night?

Easy to get to but food prices are ridiculous and coffee is bad. No one to take tickets, just walked straight in. Popcorn is over 5 pounds for a medium! Seats and space are great.

Can’t fault Venue but can the food, Way Way too expensive, almost £12 for 2 nachos and cheese dip, yeah they may use Doritos but you get the same amount you would in 1 bag and Asda sells 6pack for a quid 😬😢😡

Trying to book for this tuesday with meerkat movies but when I put my up to date code in I still have to pay full price. It's not giving the option for the second ticket free.

The manager was very rude went the day before to see what's on tonight asked about parking and film checked what we wanted to see was showing yes the guy said 3 diffrent times showing picked last one so goes tonight just before we went to tea went to book seats got only one showing and had already started we were mad asked you speak to manager very unhelpful didn't take our names or numbers just said would look into it but as we left could hear him discussing us with staff HOW RUDE no wonder not doing well
