This is a proper jewellery shop where all customers are treated with honesty and respect and fairness wither your asking for advice or buying the crown jewels. It's a proper credit to Penzance and the staff are amazing too.

They remade my husbands signet ring which I gave him a long time ago with bits of jewelry that he had bought me in years gone by. They also made a lovely gold bangle from gold jewelry that couldn't be repaired anymore that my husband had given me. They have terrific memories for their customers which is really nice when you go in. I've bought all sorts of lovely jewelry there and will be going to have a look at something tomorrow.

Hannah helped me with designing the perfect ring. Together they are quite the team, they combine knowledge, skill, creativity and customer service. Julian also gave me a document which specified the exact composition and value of the ring, with photos for insurance purposes without any extra cost. When you are buying very important pieces of jewellery and spending a lot of money you want to know you are in safe trustworthy hands. I had a small issue with my ring but having it changed was no problem at all. They sent it back to the goldsmith no questions asked and had it back looking perfect and exactly how I wanted within a couple of weeks.

Online shopping cannot compare to the service, care and guarantee you get from Walkers Jewellers.
