Went to Audi Wearside not knowing what we fancied . Wasnt really excited about current models until we met Greg who introduced us to the new Q2. Instantly loved the car and ordered an S Line in Red with 18 inch alloys and auto box. Greg was not the typical car sales man. Believe me Ive bought a few new cars over the years. Very respectfully, courteous and highly knowledgeable with zero pressure. Anyway, weve got the car now and my missus wont let me drive it. Highly recommend dealing with Greg and his wonderful attitude to work.

Only went in for a visit as one of my sons is Audi R8 daft. the staff were lovely with both my boys let them look at inside even let them listen to the engine. Two very happy boys thank you so much

Not owning an Audi for long, when the sevice indicator came up on the dash i popped into the dealership to book it in, within 5 mins it was all booked at a time to suit me, the service was done yesterday i was told it would be 2 hrs so i decided to wait, coffee on tap morning papers & sure enough 2hrs later my car was ready all washed & hoovered to boot; great staff, great service, great price.

My husband and I went into wearside Audi last Saturday looking to possibly buy a used TT. Adam the sales guy was great with us. After looking at TT's online we actually decided to purchase a brand new TT from them. Adam again was brilliant with us and helped us find my dream car at the right price to suit our budget. We picked up our new car yesterday and was met by friendly professional staff offereing us hot beverages and sharing in the excitement of our new car. Adam again was fantastic as was the manager who came over and introduced himself. The fresh flowers I received were a lovely touch too. This was our first experience with an Audi dealership and it won't be the last.

Hi. I am from Malta and not from uk. I bought an AUDI A5 sportback se technic. I wasn't able to visit the car i bought but the service was excellent from GREG HAWKINS, it was better when you visit the car your self. He showed me videos of the car inside, outside, engine, from below the car, etcc.. I asked alot of queastions and the feedback was very fast and profesional even when its not office hours. The car was as seen in videos excellent condition. It was my first time shipping a car from uk to malta and with help of greg and the company they made it easy. Even when we came for a price negotiation it was fear enough to be a satisfy costumer. Thanks for the service and hope i will buy from you again..
