"Bought my 2014 Insignia here 2 weeks ago. The after sales care has been great to be honest. Replaced a faulty petrol cap, realigned some body panels, and today they are touching up some paintwork on the rear bumper, all at no expense to me. Wanted to say how impressed l am with the service so far and l haven't even collected the car yet. The whole process has been smooth so far. I pointed out that there was some issues according to the last MOT online, and without question they have addressed the issues, even the advisories. Cant wait to pick up the keys!!!

Excellent etxperience from start to finish. visited to purchase a Qashqai 2 for my wife, no pushy salesmen chasing commision, just proffesional impartial dvice in finding the right car for us. Very easy finance process with no hassle. They pride themselves on sending the cars out in tip top condition. Also changed the cam belt amd water pump at no extra charge. Was so pleased with my car I also purchased a second car the same day. special mention to Stephen Mckenna who made the whole process seemless, keeping me informeed all the way through and also a very knowledgable and all round nice bloke !! Would reccommend Wearside autoparc to anyone 110%

Came to Wearside Autoparc as a first time car buyer and rang up out of interest first in a car I had saw on the website. Kevin took on my interest and helped me from start to finish. I was happy with the car when I first saw it however needed a few things done here and there which any second hand car will which their garage was more than happy to deal with and the final product I have fell in love with. Didn’t think it would look much different but it looked like a brand new car after the paint work was touched up as well as everything else. Kevin was very helpful in allowing me to test drive the car as many times I need before purchasing and finalising my decision. I’m happy to say I have a very lovely and ideal Yaris on my drive as my first car. Thank you to Kevin and the team for putting up with me, I really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Bought a bmw from here, they could not have done more to make sure i got the best service. They found a problem with the car and they made sure it was all fixed and fully working before i took the car. Would defiantly recomend to others.

(Review on behalf of parents). We recently part exchanged by car for a Audi A3. I found the service to be excellent and prompt. Very helpful and I requested parking sensors which were fitted at a small cost. The car was valeted, mot and fuel put in to get home. So far no problems and service from wearside parc has been excellent up to now and would recommend.

Quick and easy purchase, love the car, had a bit of a mix up at the end of the sale with deposits, which is why I’ve not given 5* but hopefully this will be sorted by next week, apart from that, everything was spot on...

Guys were great, couldn’t have the car on the date that agreed but no big deal they delivered it to me the next day, user manual booklet missing but hoping to receive this in the post soon

Okay i dont like writing review's if i have to complain. Just awful communication from start to finish. Took 9 days to get my car and after a week it wouldn't start and i spent 3 hrs out of my own business day to get another one fitted. The garage was great but the staff at the sales lacked communication, fobbed me off with excuse after excuse and obviously dont talk to each other. I doubt this will be the first time i have to take the car back. Honesty and communication would have went a long way. As an owner of my own business i lost hundreds of £'s, due to lack of a professional service .

Worst experience ever buying a car from these the after sales care is an absolute joke they havnt got a clue the list is to long to mention can't wait to get rid of this heap I got from them the car has been back 3 times and is still not fixed after they said it was make your own decision on that
