At Wearside YFC, we are passionate about the young people of Sunderland and helping them to develop and grow whilst being able to share their faith at the same time. Andy and Laura have been very busy this week with Prayer Spaces in Schools!
DANCEATHON POSTPONED
Due to the current situation with he coronvirus we have made the decision to postpone the danceathon. We'll still have it, just later in the year some time.
It was great having the American Mission Team from Texas for the Easter Experience at Silksworth IM. They were a great help! And it was fantastic to have kids from Silksworth Academy there.
Due to the Coronavirus, one of the American Mission teams will not be coming to Sunderland. This means we are short of help for the Broadway School Prayer Spaces on the 17th and 18th. If you could help with this, please let us know :D

It was wonderful having 5 Capernwray students join Andy as he went into schools last week. They were doing a 10 day mission trip with Enon Baptist Church but also joined in with the schools work that Wearside Youth for Christ. A big thank you to the students: David, Stefanie, Samuel, Beth and Lauren.

Here are the different sections for the 12 hour danceathon on March 21 at Bethany City Church. If you would like to help raise money for the Primary School Project you can join for as many or as few sections as you would like.

Wonderful to be at the Connect Leaders Lunch earlier today where Peter shared with various church leaders from the city of Sunderland about the youth work mapping we are doing.
It was great being at Enon Baptist Church on Sunday, sharing with them what Wearside Youth for Christ does!
