Weavers’ Court is a state-of-the-art development consisting of 58 high quality, one and two bedroom apartments specifically designed for people aged 55 and over. 30 apartments will be available for sale through shared ownership and 28 will be available to rent.
This innovative new development will offer on-site support, care services and communal facilities including a convenience shop, communal lounge, restaurant, coffee shop and hair salon.
Directions
From the A1 south junction for Alnwick A1068, take the first left and drive straight up Willowburn Avenue. You will pass Homebase on your right hand side and a car garage on the left hand side. At the next roundabout, turn left onto Weavers Way. Travel past Alnwick Town football club and Alnwick cricket club on your left hand side. You will see the entrance for Weavers Court on your left hand side as marked with the development board.

We’ve been getting into the spirit of Burns Night today with our Scottish and Northumbrian Singalong & Celebration. We were delighted to welcome more than 50 people, including our friends from the Royal Voluntary Service, to join us in a morning of joyous singing, music & quizzes! Thanks to our ‘team captains’ for getting into the spirit of things with their fab hats too!
