Wilson Defraine are absolutely brilliant. I'll start by saying when I was discussing putting our house on the market, we had a few agents through the door who, in my eyes were "after a quick sale" and massively undervalued our property! My partner and I were extremely deflated as everyone who came through the door were just after making a quick buck! Then I decided to call Wilson Defraine after being recommended by a neighbour. So I did... and from the moment Jools set foot into the house I just new these guys were the company for us.



Not only that but she valued our house at the price that we were looking for, it was never a case of "right let's get rid" it was more "right let's price it at X then find the right buyer for you"

Sure enough, 5 days later it was sold! I appreciate that this is extremely rare to sell a house in such short time but we did and we're incredibly lucky!



Although we were really overwhelmed we started to panic so discussed the type of requirements that we were looking for. I left it with jools and her team and then received a phone call about a house that had just went up for sale. 15 minutes later I met Jools and she showed me 'the dream' sure enough we didn't wait about and put in an offer. Which was accepted!!



Apart from selling ours in such a quick but highly professional way, Wilson Defraine also helped us find our lovely dream family home, which me and my lot are extremely grateful.
