Parents and gym members please read the letters below. . I have recieved these letters of the management company that own the units where the gym is. There was a incident last week where a child crossed the road outside the mall without a parent. Please make sure all children are crossed over the road with a parent. There is very twisty people on the industrial estate

Mike is a fantastic coach, my nine year old son has been going for about five years now. Caleb has a ADHD and struggles with concentration, but Mike is amazing with him! They learn discipline and respect as well as Muay Thai, which has helped Caleb so much over the years, even though he doesn't realise it just yet! I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Love going up here, friendly set of lads and lasses, michael ellisons a great coach, the workouts are brill and you always leave happy and sweatin buckets

If you are looking for a Muay Thai gym this is the place to go ,fitness or to compete it caters for all very good kids classes and all round great atmosphere ,don't be affraid to approach Michael great coach and will help you with any questions you have.
