Yesterday confirmed everything IŌĆÖve spent the last 6 years working on consistently. Just had my first ever session, it was hard yes but Fin really explained the session before each circuit set and was very encouraging. All in all a good session which I would recommend any runner to try.

Had my first sports massage yesterday and was feeling pretty chilled and loose for the rest of the day afterwards, followed by an immensely satisfying nights sleep and eventually woke up feeling brand new!



Fin was very relaxing throughout and explained everything very clearly beforehand and provided me with information on aftercare. Cant deny the benefits of this massage and i'm excited to get back to training to see how my lifts improve without all my aches and pains!

First ever training session 20 to 1, done and had pre conceptions on how I would fell walking in on my own and if i was able to do this. But the group and the coaches were brilliant, friendly and explained any issues anyone had. Let's bring on next week X

Excellent 4 week beginners running course!! Fin is great at motivating everyone and at getting into your head to ensure that you achieve your own individual goal. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else, just to improve and be your own best. She has also instilled the 'pack' training mentality into me, we all need help from others... Fin is always there for the pack. Thanks!!

Been working with Fin for few months now with PT sessions..she has totally honest approach ...spends time helping you discover what you really want to achieve and why....if you not honest about what you want you'll never get there...not Fins goals but she is 100% passionate about seeing you achieve however big or small YOUR goals....if you want somewhere to turn up to feel like you doing something then she not for you but if you want to turn up and work harder than you thought you could ....swearing allowed ..laughter guaranteed...could not recommend any other trainer....I have a 3 year old ...travel with work and like us all not enough hours in day but somehow Fin managed to make me want to make time for me. Done classes before but no one ever got me to do a burpee...i now do circuits of 10...never boxed in my life I can now do circuits of 100 to 1....never lifted a weight I am now loving Russian deadlift.....and Pistol Squats will not beat me.

After having sore legs, tight calves and a painful thigh when running, I went for a massage with Fin. 2 days later I ran a Hardmoors half marathon without any pain at all from my legs, complete contrast to my previous runs. I'd recommend it to anyone and I'll be back!
