What can I say... compassionate yet professional and responsive to all our needs as a family grieving their husband, father and grandfather. From the moment you stepped through the door of our family home to help us organise my dad's funeral, to bringing him home and helping us through the hardest day, you guided us all along to put my father to rest and bring his ashes home. We will be eternally grateful to you all. Thank you. Tracey Robinson

Mam always said that she'd have to go and see Billy to sort out her funeral, sadly she didn't get to, so we did it for her. From start to finish Billy was fantastic, kept us informed, never rushed us and looked after Mam. Can't praise WS Taylor & Sons enough. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart Billy

Billy and his team did my dad proud was very professional and compassionate with the whole family and even the after care was 5*

Billy and his team are very professional, honest he give my Dad an excellent send off and looked after the family and supported us every step of the way, he looks after everyone like we are his own family the personnel touches are second to none. Thank you Billy

Billy and his staff were so considerate and respectful to my mam and the family following the sudden loss of my dad.

The service we received was professional yet personal and that made a very distressing time that little bit easier.
