This place brings sparkle to my life ���

Ive had a few classes and I’ve really enjoyed them. The trainer Chela is great, they are hard classes but worth it. Definitely feel like I’ve had a good workout

Good range of equipment, normally train around 2pm so initially got the offpeak membership for 9.99 a month (great price) but have recently upgraded to anytime membership as it was only 11.99 (amazing price for what you get!) Was extremely easy to upgrade, no hassle at all! Staff are friendly and helpfull and have good twitter banter! Not a bad thing to say about this gym. :)

Not very impressed with the 'classes app" I have always enjoyed going and found classes good but last year all changed which annoyed me as now not many classes fit into my week. Last week I decided to try Yoga on a Thursday which was then told when I got there is wasn't yoga it was Pilates, then I decided to try Yoga on a Tuesday at 8pm to be then told it didn't start till 8.15. Surely with modern technology this can be true info? Very misleading especially if you have s family to work around. We need more classes back. X

I like the gym but there are few members with no manners who just leave everything they get weights ect all over the place walk up and take weights you are using without asking not enough staff on floor. �

Great gym loads of equipment to go on but just as well as its more like a O2 shop the amount of people on there phones. Kept clean all the time with staff whipping equipment down all the time music threw the speakers so no need for your own. Like a says there's loads of equipment togo on and never waiting to use it.

Good value for money.

No frills gym that has plenty of kit and classes included. Loving the Sat morning corefit class with Saidy , tough but effective.

Always found the staff friendly enough and helpful.

Cleaned regularly.

Only gripe is the music in classes can be bit too loud when you're on treadmills as all open plan but for what i pay I can't complain.

Ok gym but require decent set of headphones to block out horrendous loud music that does my head in,I’d go to a nightclub if I wanted to hear it that loud,apart from that reasonable for price you pay.

Benton is a good gym that could easily be an excellent gym. Need to fix equipment faster, fix the entry/exit gates, get staff to smile and walk the floors. I have seen some teenagers in there with terrible exercise form. They need to monitor before someone gets injured.

Basic gym at a basic price. A bit dark and dingy with no windows. Needs more light. Music is far too loud when classes are on. If your training with a friend you cant hear each other and your using the machines on the gym floor! The sunbeds are a bit expensive. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Went there the other day to join asked for a look round and it was dark plenty equipment but never got to see it as we were rushed round real quick lol don't like the idea of a contract that puts us off needs better lights and mirrors lol

I really think the staff really need to open their eyes as to who is using the equipment

Free weight zone bench press 3 lads one either side of the bar, the bar being stacked with 40kg + bar weight now these lads we not the biggest

Can you imagine what happened next?



You guessed it the lad couldn't get 1 rep out and the lads thought it was funny to leave him with the bar on his chest how stupid someone is gonna get seriously hurt in there, it is coming

Staff should verify their age and perform regular inspections on memberships the gym is like a free for all (well that is what it feels like at the minute) get the gates fixed! Keep the non paying members out I know of at least 8 that just walk in no membership �

It's not a playground so keep the kids out aswell

Xercise 4 less..... absolute fucking joke. Robbing bunch of wankers. Never used the gym in well over a year, told them I want to cancel but they won't let me until I pay them another £9.99...... You've had more than £120 of me for fuck all now you want another £10 just so I can end my membership.



How's about you give me my £120 back then I'll give you your £10 you robbing bastards.

Will not let me cancel contract even though valid reasons have been provided, drop in income and still expect me to pay membership each month with 2 children and bills to pay all on a low income

Retarded staff, unhelpful head office, you cancel membership but lo and behold, they can't find this info so send your details to a debt collection agency.... Take my advice ... Avoid this shit hole and NEVER join! Bunch of cunts!

It’s been over 4 month now and you still continue to take my money out of my bank even though the membership has been cancelled and I’ve wrote to you several times. I’ve provided bank statements and yet I still have not received a refund, it’s disgraceful.

If you want shite customer service, bullshit offers that don't exist and a patronising sales person who points me in the direction of the treadmill and my boyfriend towards the weights.



I definitely recommend this place!!

FRAUD, GDPR BREACH

As many people know I was working at exercise for less in Hamilton, I no longer work there after I made a major complaint to head office regarding fraud in the company and nothing was done about it.



So I think it's only right that I let all the customers know that your personal details including bank details are NOT safe with the company.



Amanda Jane Clark.. (apparent sales manager) has for sometime been creating FAKE sales in the company using "someones" bank details .. I have no idea who .. but they have been used on average 60-100 times per month to meet our very high sales target, which lead to the company reaching 100% target so myself and Amanda made commission and salary wage rise ..there is two sets of bank details being used . I have photo evidence of her in fact telling me to use them and put on fake sales .... leading directly to her wage rise within the company and ensuring the Hamilton branch met their monthly targets to achieve bonuses etc.

This was reported to senior management who told me she would be suspended under investigation and within an hour decided that she would in fact keep working while being investigated ... of course thus is pitting even more peoples personal banking details at risk.



Secondly she allowed her teenage daughter on a couple of occasions go into the office and look up "hot guys" that were checked in to the gym so that she could retrieve their personal details and add on social media etc ... disgusting violation of people's privacy not to mention her daughter was only 13 years of age .. And said customers involved were grown men .



I left Xercise4Less as I simply couldn't bare to work with someone whom was breaching customer privacy to such levels .. She took it upon herself to talk about me with several members of staff and also members of the gym about my absence, personal life whilst name calling me .. bare in mind this was my direct manager. So not only does she not respect customer privacy but was happy to speak about my private business on NUMEROUS occasions.



She made it her daily job to talk and gossip about every member of staff in the building, Also going after the job of her manager knowing full well he had extreme personal issues going on and losing his job was the last thing he needed.. She didn't care. She spoke of her staff with names like "fat as fk" "useless" and much worse on many occasions.



Furthermore than talking about staff she spoke of the members of the gym in a disgusting manner... a elderly disabled gentleman who trains frequently in the gym comes in the gym shouting "I'm here I’m here everyone" she turned to myself and another member of staff and said "best thing that could happen to that old c*** is he could die" ... disgusting behaviour and only one example of absolute lack of any moral standing or management skills.



I'm writing this message as I've had to leave a job I loved because nothing has been done about this vile woman. And think it's only fair to warn members that there details are not safe!!!!

Disgusting customer service! They make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership! Even with a broken foot! You think your getting a cheap gym membership but watch out for hidden charges! This could end up costing u nearly £40 a month for your membership!
