The beauty about technology is this. Its took me 10 minutes to programme a 27 zone alarm system that connects to the customers phone. No silly £8 whatever per week contracts involved
We are averaging 10 installations per week just on alarms and it takes about one hour to install 👍.

Been on installing a 4k UHD camera system today, which are networking cameras not analogue. The weather today means I'm having to work again tomorrow. Still these are nice cameras and looking forward to finishing this job tomorrow😀

I attended a fault today on an Intruder Alarm system that was installed in 1989, the fault a 7amp battery, which hadn't been change since 2003 and it was all dried up. Amazingly the old thorn bell box still worked including the battery👍

Another nice camera installation started today

There is quite alot of false advertising on Facebook regarding CCTV installations.
5mp cameras are not 4K.
4K cameras are in fact 8mp.
... Also 8mp cameras are not better than POE- whatever that means. POE means power over ethernet. It amazes me the number of people selling who dont know what there doing on here.
Theres plenty of courses out there for beginners, but dont false advertise and pretend you know what your doing if you don't! Your just making yourselves look silly and are misleading people.
