Yesterday went for a cocktail making session ran by Natasha. She was brill! Very knowledgeable about the cocktails and she made it great fun. They provided some extra props on our table as it was a hen do. Had a laugh. Would highly recommend as great value for money.

Well have to say having been at yates on and off since 2008 the place is great the people are friendly and up for it , with dj adam on fridays & saturdays and myself on a thursday we pretty much have the very best of the best in tunage sorted in yates hartlepool. If its not yates its not a party, the staff are tremendous and even come in to party with the customers on nights off. If thats not enough of a reason to come join the masses right through the weekend and take advantage of great drinks prices and because we know whats hot and whats not . Yates hartlepool is a total full on hot spot so what you waiting for come out and join the rest of us at yates.

I did the cocktail class for my friends 21st ,Natasha the host was amazing very friendly and willing to please, the whole experience was brill would recommend to anyone!

Came for dinner today the mighty stack burger was nice thanks to the chef mathew claydon fir cooking it

Awesome staff #vodka was good. Were do you see £1.50 a pint these days. Ive been before but this place has upped its game.

I have had the curry most off the time the chicken had been dry several times but still yummy to eat fast service at the bar and bar staff where really polite and jolly

nice friendly staff altho they could do something else other than colouring for kids but other than that lovely pub

Excellent quick and friendly service however the Sunday lunch was not excellent but satisfactory

Could do with getting more people through the door, the most exciting thing all night was watching an old bloke fall asleep in the corner of a booth, it is really dead in town lately

When your waiting in the queue for a drink, go to be served and told you have to wait cos he is going to serve someone who's drinks are easier to make than your cocktails it's shocking absolutely disgraced at the service and working in the service industry myself and know I would be told off......doesn't matter how easy your drinks are to make if your next in the queue you should be served!!!!

SHIT PLACE didn’t get our drinks that we ordered (and paid for) and the bouncers think it’s acceptable to attempt to push a lass half their size down to the floor when we say something about it! �

In here now gents toilets are disgusting told lad behind the bar and he wandered off upstairs and didn't even look in!! Toilet check sheet last signed at 5pm dirty mop and bucket in middle of toilets loo roll in the SINK as well as all over toilets if that's what it's like where we can see what's it like where we can't we kitchen etc??

Ill tell you about my Yates experience, my roofing company was called out by your neighbours, bar Paris because water was entering yates pub by the main roof, we attended and spent the whole day repairing the roof and yates roof as the job was successful and we where happy with the complete job at hand we decided later that day we would return and have a beverage at yates,



after entering the property and standing at the bar we where immediately escorted from the premises because of work attire, more to the point this issue was alerted to the door staff because of the bar staff, and what saddens me in this whole issue Yates's of Hartlepool must be able to distinguish, the difference certain customer clientele,

example sitting in the house all day with no money and no job wearing a tracksuit. You know what i mean



We can serve them people?



Working class, and working on YOUR establishment repairing YOUR roof, but because we had tradesmen attire ON



this is not acceptable, is this correct yates?

Came for lunch with my friend , ordered 2 drinks both coke which all I can say is tasted vile like treacle and sugar and was more horrified that the glass was covered in lipstick 🙄 Food arrived my friends came 10 mins before mine , which isn't ideal her all day breakfast looked like it has been stood ALL DAY and my side salad with my baguette looked like it was older than me .. When I complained the 2 uninterested bar staff said well we don't eat salad !!! Made weatherspoons look like the Hilton . Would rather starve than eat here again . Scruffy hovel simple as
