There’s something very therapeutic about Lunar and Solar Eclipses, it’s take a whole lot of groundedness to not get pulled into the energy melt of these events. This week we have spent time out in nature, which has been important and sacred within this planetary event, we could see Mars from out camp site and the Full Thunder Moon, amazed by this universe, and the power of it, reminding ourselves to reconnect to reality, and accept that change is the one thing we can always r...ely on.
Today we have some great community spirit going on, with Body and Soul Festival!
A little Yoga, some food, maybe a beer, glass of wine or coffee, a little browse of stalls and listen to some great music!

I received a massage treatment yesterday at the studio with Chris Jackson. It was a very healing experience which I felt was quite transformational. i had gone in suffering with little energy and fatigue and after the massage I felt revitalised and felt a surge in energy. I am still feeling the benefits now of this. I also had a bad chest which seemed to ease up a bit. All in all, I feel the standards were excellent and the premises were welcoming and serene :)

I attended Sharons ayurvedic workshop on Sunday and loved it. Has really helped me to deepen my practise at home to include diet as well as specific dosha yoga sequences. Feel so healthy, tuned in mentally and not craving any naughty foods. Thanks for a awesome workshop Sharon � xxx

Great first ashtanga session tonight with Alison. I hadn’t done any ashtanga yoga since a retreat in Thailand. It was great to get started back into it. Alison is a great teacher and gave really good instructions. The studio has a really nice feel to it. The guided meditation was relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Yoga Therapies to anyone interested in yoga or meditation.
